Revali hears the whinny of the horse outside the carriage and feels it jolt to a stop. Link pokes his soft face through the door and signs
"We are here"
Zelda sighs and gets up brushes through her hair with her hands and exits the carriage. She walks forwards not stopping a woman with a a purpose. Revali gets out and stares at the silver and blue bridge stares at the beautiful slightly wet pristine marble floor. Stares at the beautiful throne room ahead. In front of him is a green Zora with a hammer who nods his head then continued. The guards stand watch at the entrance each stoops into a low bow as zelda walks past boots clicking in her wake. A teenage looking Zora runs past a red blur he skids to a halt and walks up to link enveloping him with a hug link smiles slightly and pats the Zora on the head
"LINK what a pleasure to see you!" The Zora announces loudly throwing his arms out wide.
" nice boyfriend link" Revali forces himself to be mean and sarcastic He watches links face fall and the Zora go red well redder than the usual scarlet.
"He is an old friend that I have know forever" link furiously signs an expression of pure rage on his face. Revali clicks his beak and continues walking link follows. Many a Zora come up to link and offer greeting one stands out
"LINNY" a woman Zora yells at the top of her voice waving her arms in the air
" it is sooooooo good to see you linny"
He take the opportunity to call him linny for the rest of the day.
Positively joyful. Revali is keeping him away, hiding his feelings and gets to see the adorable red blush rise up links face and to the tips of his long ears. As we catch up to zelda we are introduced to a beautiful red Zora a slight bit taller than link and a little taller than zelda
" hello" she says in a soft beautiful voice
" my name is mipha welcome to my domain" zelda asks to see the king and mipha joyfully agrees and leads the way to the throne room taking fleeting glances at link. She introduces them and zelda explains how she is making a force of champions to defend Hyrule against ganon and how they needed a strong warrior to pilot Vah Ruta. The king sends a warm look to mipha and says " I choose my daughter as her unique healing skills shall help considerably and her spearmanship is in a league of its own"
Mipha blushes
" Thankyou father I shall do you and Sidon proud let me say gooodbye and I shall gather my things and leave."
She says a tear in her eye. The red Zora male they had encountered earlier runs up( what is it with all the running) and turns out to be Prince Sidon him and mipha day their goodbyes and follows link and zelda to the carriage.
In the carriage revali,mipha and zelda find all sorts to talk about it's mostly about link. Where he came from, what he likes etcetera.
" he is so brave, I can't believe how much like his father he is" zelda sighs
" he is gone now but I know that he is proud of the hero his son has become.
In a few days they arrive at Hyrule Castle and there we meet the champion of the gorons we meet there as death mountain is in a volcano and
Is much to hot for zelda and especially mipha.
" HELLO"
A booming voice announces from a corner of the room. As the figure walks into the light revali can see he is an intimidating man at least eight feet tall and has a humongous white beard and an even whiter smile that is so large it seems to crack his face in half.
" I got your message zel and chose myself to be the champion of Vah Rudania in account of my protection skill"
Revali huffs. For all these champions are not acknowledging the fact that revali is simply superior. The Goron introduces himself as Daruk and quickly fits in showing that again he knows link by heavily clapping an affectionate hand on his back and announcing
" great to see ya little guy"
Link smiles briefly. Zelda turns to the group
" I have four of my five champions the last one is waiting for me in Gerudo desert you all can go home link will accompany me first and then gets the joy of spending time with one of you learning your particular skill. Good luck champions and if you need help with your beasts I'm one message away" zelda and link take their leave but not before the cheeky knight takes his chance to quickly sign
"See you soon revali" at the retreating champion.
Why me! Thinks revali why why why me. This is going to be horrific how am I going to be horrible to him for such a long time!
Link starts the journey to gerudo desert it's a long one and a difficult journey at that and he can't even go into the city as men are not allowed so he is going to spend time with revali. Link doesn't know what it is about revali but when they come into contact link can't help but blush and feel ashamed as he is acting like some of the girls he's met in his travels do to him. Laugh and giggle and stare not really listening yeah he thinks I am a teenage girl how sad. Although this week should be very fun. Very fun indeed
