Link walks towards the spring of power. Getting more anxious by the minute

What if the goddess doesn't deem me fit to save

Link stops in his tracks doubt overtaking him. Darkness about to envelop him.

I will not let darkness get the better of me. The world begins to take on a red tinge.
Link grabs him head in his hands and screams out loud. Revali runs back to him and grabs the delicate appendages (fancy word) wrapped in his fine soft hair.
"Link, Link
LINK, LISTEN TO ME"
The fallen hero stares the rito in the eyes. Dark crimson redhead ones stare into (wait shit what colour are his eyes. Wait there readers.
Ok I'm back and realised you don't need this you aren't watching me type. Oh well) his emerald green ones.
The white haired shadow begins to convulse and whispers to the champion
"Help me"
Then falls to the floor.
"LINK, link come on! It's just around the corner you're going to be fine."
The knight is covered in a cloud of dark mist (yall twilight princess peeps know what's happening) and lets out an ungodly noise
A mix between a howl and a tortured scream. The darkness clears and lying before revali is a wolf. Dark black and grey
Elegant and deadly all at the same time. Yes but undoubtedly are the eyes. The piercing blue ocean eyes that stare into revalis own.
The wolf lets out a whine and huffs. He pulls himself up on shaky paws and limps towards revali.
The midnight rito kneels on the ground as the wolf puts its head on his knee. Revali moves his head forward and presses his forehead against the animal
"No matter what form
What level of evil
I will be here for you"
Even though it is a physical incapability the wolf seems to smile fondly at these words. Revali stands up and continues forward the wolf right behind him.
Later that day the two arrive at the shrine the holy powers turn the hero from a blue eyed beast (AYYYYY) to a human that can stand on his own hind legs. He walks towards the rito kisses him softly and whispers Thankyou.
Hand in hand they walk towards the statue of din.
Link is lowered into the water as revali begins to chant.
As the words are said magic and blessing float through the air towards the wide eyed hero. A woman appears. Three dimensional but inhumanly beautiful and tall. A smile on her face. A red dress cascades down her dark ebony skin and her volumeus (how do you spell this word vol u mus absolutely no clue) hair stands up like fire and is filled with flowers and seams to produce a soft glow that lights her face. She looks as if you could touch her but has a shiny slightly translucent feel. She floats towards link and lifts up his face. She plants a delicate kiss upon his forehead.
"Oh child of light and darkness
Corrupted by evil
Receive my blessing
And once again be whole"
The markings that cover links skin light up and shine they seem to split his skin apart. He screeches and his eyes turn darker. Purple and black. The colour of malice. He grabs onto the ground crushing stone beneath his fingers.
Suddenly it all goes silent.
Dim disappears leaving behind only embers and dust and link curls up in a fetal position in revalis arms.
Silent.
He's not breathing
"GAAAAAHHHHH"
Revali yells.
He turns link around on lies him on his back. He puts his head down to his chest
His heart is not beating.
Revali places his hands on links chest and presses down
One two
One two
He repeats the CPR
It doesn't work.
Revali starts to cry
He rests his head in his hands
"I'm sorry
This is my fault
You're dead
The love of my life
Dead.
I I I can't believe you're gone
It has to be a lie
I can't imagine life without you.
I just
I just can't"
"I love you"
Revali strokes his hair with a feathered hand. He closes his eyes and kisses his forehead.
"Goodbye"
He walks away and gets almost to the end of the path before he hears a voice
"You're a fucking idiot you know that"
He turns around and sees link stood up
"I don't need to breathe anymore
My heart doesn't beat
Revali
I'm past dead now
You are a fucking idiot
Did you not bloody notice"
Revali runs to the undead hero and envelops him in a hug. Tears wet the hero's face.
"I'm sorry"
Link laughs and strokes the feathers on his head.
"It's ok"
He smiles
"It's not your fault you know if I did die. You just want to help me."
Revali remains silent
"And the love of your life huh?"
The rito goes bright red. So bright red that it's visible between his feathers. A shy smile lights up his face.
"I love you" Link says
"I love you too" the champion of the sky replies.
Sorry it's so short but I am really busy and I know that not many people will read this and not many people will care if I don't update but to the small amount of people who do care I will continue to write as of the 31st of March I won't update for about three weeks as I'm going away for two to America and I won't update for a week after it as I will need to write so I shall update as much as possible.
