Sebastian Michaelis x reader

Rescued

Just bear with me guys, I'm running out of ideas and I don't know where I'm taking this anymore except that they're going to get married. I just thought that there needed to be some action in the story and it lead to this.

"Alois Trancy, let her go. She has nothing to do with this." I head Ciel say, I look around and find him standing about ten feet from Sebastian, holding a pistol.

"No, I like her." He starts licking my neck, I use all the strength I have left in my body to elbow him, he lets go of me and I rush towards Sebastian. Sebastian picks me up and I cry out in pain. Sebastian puts me down and looks me over.
"What did you do to her Alois?" Ciel yells.

"She lied to me so I had Claude here punish her!" Ciel pulls the trigger of the pistol and sends a bullet flying in Alois' direction, Claude catches it about two inches from his forehead. Alois faints and Claude sighs.

"I apologize for my masters actions, if it makes it any better, I did not want to do any of this." Claude bows and I hear Sebastian growl, I hug him and he kisses the top of my head.

"Come Sebastian, let's take Yasmine back to the manor, we can deal with Alois later." Sebastian nods and gently picks me up, he holds me with his arm under my legs and as he starts walking I wrap my arms around his neck.

Sebastian carries me out of the manor and the carriage that was waiting, Ciel gets in without Sebastian's help and Sebastian steps in with me still in his arms, he sits across from Ciel with me on his lap. The carriage starts moving and I hold onto Sebastian tighter.

"What happened to you Yasmine?" Ciel asks.

"Alois asked where I got my ring and I lied, he had Claude whip me, I looked over my shoulder when he swung the whip and he accidentally got my eye, I can't see out of it." Sebastian's eyes flash pink and he growls. "Can we just go home? My back hurts."

"We're almost at the manor, try and get some sleep Yasmine." I nod and lay my head on Sebastian's shoulder, he kisses my forehead and gently wraps his arms around me, not touching my back, I smile and close my eye. I slowly fall asleep, ignoring my pain.

I wake up a few minutes later but I keep my eye closed and listen in on the conversation Ciel and Sebastian are having.

"What are we going to do about Alois Trancy, my Lord?" Sebastian asks Ciel.

"I'm not sure, for the time being keep Yasmine safe, don't let her out of your sight even if it means not doing your job. From now on, you are to protect Yasmine and I. This is an order."

"Yes, my Lord." The carriage stops and I open my eye, Sebastian looks down at me and smiles. Sebastian puts me down on the seat and gets out, he helps Ciel out and I stand up. Sebastian reaches in and gently picks me up, he carries me inside and to our bedroom. Sebastian sits me on the bed and takes my dress off, leaving me in my panties, I watch him as he walks to the bathroom and comes out with medical supplies.

"I'm going to check your back, if I need to, I will do stitches." I gulp. "Are you going to be alright if I have to do stitches?"

"U-uh yeah, just tell me and have someone hold me down. I absolutely cannot stand needles or stitches." Sebastian places a chaste kiss on my lips before helping me turn around so I'm laying on my stomach and unwrapping the bandages. I hear an almost inaudible gasp come from him and I wince when I feel him lightly run his fingertips along my back.
