I felt so uncomfortable as I sit in the wagon with everyone else talking among themselves. Jessamyn is even talking, but with Zakary. Chax and Cristobal are discussing who knows what, while mister chocolate poop is sulking next to me. I'll usually be sulking also, but this dress and corset is making me uncomfortable. It feels so tight that my stomach and breasts feels like they are being squished.
I put my hands over my stomach as I try to wheeze a breath, but it's so suffocating. I look down at the ground as I feel a little ill. This really sucks! I thought feeling sickly. How can other girls wear these? How can they breath with this on, because I sure can't breath for nothing.
"What's wrong with you?" Sirius hisses.
I glance over at him and see him glaring at me with his stupid chocolate poopy eyes. I narrow my eyes at him as those eyes always made me feel weird, but right now I'm feeling a bit sick. I don't even feel like arguing back as I feel like if I talk too much, then I might actually throw up and I really don't want that.
"Leave me alone." I tell him annoyed.
I turn away from him as I hold onto my stomach, and it literally feels like it's killing me. Why would girls wear this deadly contraption? I feel like I'm going to throw up because of this. I would've been fine wearing without this, but no everyone wanted me to wear it? Why? What's so special about it besides it pretty much squeezing the life out of you. Literally.
"It's the corset isn't it? You can't breath." Sirius states.
I glance at him and he's just staring at me, and before I could argue he snaps his fingers together. My eyes widen when I realize that he made my corset disappear. I let out a deep breath as I can finally breath. Thank god! I thought relief. I felt my stomach finally starting to relax and the pain is subsiding, and I felt so much better.
"Thanks." I mumble to him.
"Yeah whatever." He replies.
I glance over at him to see him turning away from me. I give him a small smile as I realize something, our big bad demon prince has a soft spot deep down after all. Who would've thought. I wouldn't, after all he never usually shows it to me.
The wagon suddenly stops and I look to see a big field with lamps hanging around. It brightens the field as I see four people playing instruments. It sounds so beautiful and I've never heard something so beautiful. There's a long table with a cloth over it, and there's some food and drinks on it.
I stood up as I notice I'm the last one to get off the wagon. I step off with the help of Zakary, and we all turn towards the party that's unfolding in front of us. Zakary went over and bow in front of a young girl who looks to be eighteen. She has blond hair and she smiles as she takes his hand. Zakary takes her to the dance floor as they disappear into the crowd. Chax then bows to Jessamyn as he offers his hand to her.
"Do you malady want to dance with me?" Chax asks Jessamyn.
Jessamyn widen her eyes before nervously taking his hand, and a small smile appears onto her face. They both walk towards the dance floor as they too disappear into the crowd. I glance over at Cristobal and Sirius as I'm hoping that neither one of them will ask me to dance.
"I'm going to go scout the party, and see if I can find where Xena is hiding." Cristobal whispers to Sirius.
"Okay." Sirius says bored.
Cristobal walks away and I watch as he looks around as he tries to act natural. He soon disappears and I turn away as I don't know what to do. I glance over at the food, and I start to walk over towards it but Sirius stops me.
