For the bed

"What?!" Charlie exclaimed as soon as I explained my plan.

"Yes." I rubbed my hands together. "It's a perfect idea."
And it was.

"It's perfectly crazy." Charlie said massaging his temples. "And all for a bed."

"Don't judge. A girl's bed is like her diary. It only knows things she does, and is where all her confessions go." I pointed a finger at him(not the middle) "This plan is going to need two people."

"Oh my gosh, we are going to get killed."

"Either way if there is a chance I get my own bed, we have to take the risk."

"Oh brother."

"Now you sound like Charlie Brown."

"What?"

"Oh, nothing."

My plan was perfect.
I had a secret stash of about 30,000 dollars, in my room, in my former house. Charlie and I would sneak in grab the money. We would eliminate anyone who stood in the way.

"Wait, wait, why are we killing anyway who stands in our way?" Charlie asked when I was finished explaining.

"Because that's the most sensible thing to do. " I said, patiently waiting for him to understand.

"Sensible? No, I don't like it."

"Fine, we will just avoid them." I huffed, I was kind-of looking foward to the challenge. I'm not a violent person. I think.

"Just let me tell Storm, and we'll be on our way."

"Yes, about that...."

"You haven't told Storm have you?"

"No."
He sighed.

"And you aren't going to let me tell her. Are you?"

I bit my lip. "No."

"Let's just get going."

We snuck out of the academy through the front door. I expected there to be some kind of security but I think the majority of mutants are enough.

I stopped on the first step, and turned to Charlie. "Actually, I don't know how to get to my house from here."

Charlie stopped too. "Well this is a little snag." Charlie said.

I frowned. "Don't be  relieved."

He scoffed. "I am not."

"Yes, you are. I should know." I pointed to my temple. He sighed but didn't deny it. "So... what are you going to do?"

"What am I going to do?" Charlie looked aghast. "It's your plan, your problems."

I stopped my foot. "Fine, and tomorrow night we will go."

He smiled.

"What?" I asked.

"You'll have to give this place a shot."

"I never said I wasn't going to."

"Yes, but your body language...."

"What about my body language?!"

"You know what?, nevermind."

I turned and headed into the academy, into sleeping on the floor.
Realization hit me.

"Oh no! I have to sleep on the floor like a pilgrim!!!!!!"
