(≤Cassidy's POV≥) It was the next day. Mason was still a bit sad. I tried to give him space but he would aways find his way over to me. I didn't mind-I actually liked being around him.

As Mason was curled up beside me, I decided to tell him what I really thought.

"Mason?" I said.

"Mhm?.." He quietly replied.

"I-I think you're cute." I said, looking down at him.

Mason looked up at me. All I could see were his big brown eyes. His face turned a bit red and he said "Ive been thinking the same."

It was like he was asking me if it was okay. I nodded, and he didn't waste any time. He pressed his soft lips against mine. It lasted a while until he backed away.

I froze. What had just happened?

Mason blushed. But he too, stood still. We kissed again.

I got up, trying to run away. I tried to play it off as if I was going to go get something, but I heard Mason's footsteps. he sounded like he was running, then I felt his hands touch the sides of my shoulders.

"Where are you going?" he said quietly.

"I'm-er-I'm-" I couldn't think of anything. I decided if I just stood here he'd get bored and go do something else, but I was wrong. He turned me around and I looked up at him, Ive only now realized that Mason was pretty tall.

He put his arms around me and kissed my forehead.

"Thats enough!"I said, then regretting it.

Mason looked embarrassed, he scampered back to his room and closed the door.

"Mason?" I said, knocking on his door." I could hear him silently crying, I felt so bad.

"Just come in, I'll explain everything." He said loudly.

I opened the door and saw him sitting on the floor. I couldn't have felt worse in my life.

"I don't know how to explain this but, I like being around you. I can't keep myself away from being around you. I don't know what to do." He said, starting to cry again.

"I-I don't know what to say. I can't say I feel the same, yet I do sometimes." I replied.

"Please, please stay with me. Don't ever abandon me." He cried.

I held his hand.
