Chapter 18: Azariah | Let’s Get This Mission Started!

Title: Let’s Get This Mission Started!

POV: Azariah

I talk to my history teachers, Mr. Tons and Mr. Portes about why I am always disturbed with my own thoughts. They’re telling me that I should not bother it when I’m in their class, they understand me though. But how am I gonna calm down when there is a disgusting, nasty feeling in the pit of my stomach that this mission will go wrong? Yes, I’ve been planning a mission to get Jennifer back since last week.

Talked to Kyle about my plan, and he reluctantly agreed to me. We’re not close yet, but he’s sitting with the gang. He always cusses about everything, and he’s aggressive and a jerk. But no one cares, even the gang admires it. I take a deep breathe, and admire everything about I’ve planned. I just hope she will forgive me for everything. Hell, I even talked to George and Georgina about my plan. As always, George swore a few words about me, but reluctantly agreed because of Georgina. We are now on good terms.

Kyle talked to his uncle about my plan, which is the principal of this school. He agreed but told us to be careful since it’s gonna happen in night. And the gang asked the students to leave their rooms in 10 in the evening. George and Georgina will distract Jennifer about everything so she will have no clue about what is happening. Georgina told me that she asked Jennifer to sleep in her room, a sleepover party including George so she will be distracted. But George said that he needed to tell Jennifer about a party so she would get a fancy dress.

Take a deep breathe you retarded moron. Man up!

Please, I’m begging you God, make this easy. The sun is setting down, and a shade of blue and purple are spreading across the sky. The stars are appearing in nowhere, scattered all over the sky. I wear a black tuxedo that hugs me perfectly, spray a cologne. Just a bit. Since I want Jennifer to smell me, so she would lean and smell me.

Last week, there was a guy named Troy that has been all around Jennifer, but I didn’t see nor did I meet him. And this time, this night, I will end Troy’s hopes. I swear. Take a deep breathe. Relax. Chill. Don’t panic. Get Jennifer back. Georgina told me about that guy, and George grinned evilly at me. An amused expression was plastered across his face, but told me I must get Jennifer back into my life again. Obviously, he doesn’t like that Troy guy, so does Georgina.

Don’t let go of Jennifer whatever happens, trust yourself, Azariah. Man up, man up, man up! Be a man this time, don’t let this night be ruined because of your falling confidence. Hell, why am I trembling this time? Why am I getting nervous because of this? My palms are getting sweaty, body is trembling, feet are getting uncomfortable. Great Azariah, that’s a start!

Finally, the time has come. A romantic square table is set on the lawn, with a lit candle in the center on the table. Two napkins are place on top of the plates. Dim light bulbs are scattered across the lawn, giving a vintage look around. This is it. Please, Jennifer.

There she is, wearing a black sleeveless dress, knee-length. The bodice hugs her torso perfectly. A three inch black high heels. She looks elegant and perfect and so, so, so beautiful that she’s like a goddess of beauty. I take a deep breathe, exhale, inhale, exhale. Man up.
