{} Aria's POV {}

"She's really taking this hard," Leon looked to Sayaka's door.

"Yeah, no help from everyone else," I muttered darkly.

Leon sighed heavily, running a hand down his face. "Man, what are we going to do?"

"I'm not sure," I admit tiredly. "There really isn't much we can do."

"I know, it's just," Leon frowned, looking at Sayaka's switched back nameplate. "I feel useless. I want to do something!"

I looked at my silver watch out of habit. It read a little past one. We've been comforting Sayaka for quite awhile. Half the day has gone by. I've just noticed we didn't eat breakfast after the whole ordeal.

"Do you think she's hungry? It's past one," I ask.

"It is?" Leon looked at me in surprise. He looked to the side and thought, "Hm, now that you mention it. I am feeling a bit empty. I'm sure Sayaka must be too."

"I can go get us some food," I offered.

Leon looked at my bandaged shoulder skeptically. "You know there's three of us, right? How are you going to do that with one arm?"

I rolled my eyes at him, "Leon, I think I can handle plates of food."

Leon gave me a deadpan look, "You struggled ripping the plastic wrap on the toolkit."

I laughed nervously, "You saw that?"

"Look, why don't we both go? She's asleep anyway," Leon suggested.

I shook my head, "Even if she's asleep, we can't leave her unattended."

Leon raised an eyebrow, "Why not?"

I shifted my weight, uneasy. "I don't... trust her to be alone. Not in her mental state."

Realization dawned in Leon's pale eyes, "Ah. Well... You can stay here and I can get the food."

I bit my lip, unsure how I felt about that plan. It does make sense, but what if Sayaka tries something? I'm not stronger then her, especially now with a injured shoulder. Plus, what if he runs into one of the others? I know he does not have much skill in the diplomatic department. Also, I want to go for purely selfish reasons. I'm getting tired staying in one place and not doing much. I want to do something to distract me.

I come to a conclusion, "Let me go. You might run into someone who isn't too thrilled about all this."

"What? Are you saying I can't take them?" Leon's eyes hardened.

I glared at him, "No, and that would just make things worse!"

"Oh, yeah... right." Leon scratched the back of his head.

"Please, Leon. Just let me handle it," I said.

Leon looked down at me, thinking it over. His eyes trailing over to my shoulder with uncertainty. Then back to my awaiting golden eyes. I stared him down, pleading with my eyes. He sighed, "Fine, fine, but don't hurt yourself."

I smirked, "Okay, Mom," I teased.

Leon groaned, rolling his eyes. I giggled, turning around and walking away.
