You find another note on the ground. There is something attached to it, it's a picture.
Ello there reader! Just droppin' another author's note here. The picture for this chapter is actually a picture I drew of Aria on my drawing tablet. In the Quotev version of this book, a different picture is showcased on this chapter. That was my old and honestly bad drawing of her, then again it was only my second drawing using a drawing tablet. If you are curious, there is a link on my profile bio that can take you to my Quotev account. Clicking on the Unlimited Chances story there and skipping to chapter 3 grants you with the cringe worthy drawing for all to see. Having thoroughly made sure to embarrass myself, you can continue on with your reading.
P.S: If it wasn't made clear already, this book contains profanity.-DragonessFire
{} Aria's POV {}
Everyone turned their heads to the monitor that had just turned on. All that could be seen was a shadow covered by static. "Ahem! Ahem! Testing, Testing! Mike check, one two! This is a test of the school broadcast system! Am I on? Can everyone hear me? Okay, well then...!" A playful voice came from the monitor speakers. Making the once relaxed atmosphere quickly thicken with dread. "Ahh, to all incoming students! I would like to begin the entrance ceremony at... right now! Please make your way to the gymnasium at your earliest convenience... That's all. I'll be waiting!" Silence blanketed the room for a few moments, until someone finally broke the silence.
"What. The. Hell was that just now?" Junko shouted out.
I caught movement near the door to see Byakuya had started to walk out of the main hall. "Well then, if you excuse me..."
"H-Hey! What, you're gonna take off just like that!?" Junko yelled at his retreating figure with annoyance.
"Ohh yeah, now I get it!" Hiro said more to himself with his hand to his chin and an eye closed in thought. "This whole thing was just to get us all pumped for the entrance ceremony! Man, thank God it was all a joke. I'd be totally freaked if this was real!" Hiro laughed. I really wanted to agree with him, but I couldn't shake the feeling in the pit of my stomach. "Alright, guess I'll head out, too. Wonder what they got planned for us next..." He announced as he left too.
A disappointed sigh came from Leon. "Damn, I was totally looking forward to that nap, too. Why'd they have to go and kill the mood?" He followed after Hiro.
"W-Wait for me! I wanna go with you!" Called out Chihiro as she ran to catch up with Leon.
"That is that, then. I will see you all there." Celeste smiled before she too left.
"N-Not that anyone cares, but I-I'm gonna go, too..." Toko stuttered as she avoided eye contact and left. I looked around as the numbers dwindled, unsure if I should go too or not. I didn't know my way around the school, and its most likely I'd get lost. Looking at those still here, they had uneasy looks on their faces.
"This... this doesn't seem right." Sayaka thought aloud.
"Yeah, that announcement is totally weird." Junko agreed with nod.
"Maybe, but staying put doesn't mean we'll be safe." Commented Kyoko, looking to the side to us all. "Besides, aren't you guys just a little bit curious to find out what's going on around here?"
"Yeah... a little bit." I admitted, rubbing my right arm. Causing me to notice the silver watch on my right wrist. I raise it to my face to inspect it and see that it is indeed made of pure silver with metal fixtures.
