chapter 9

*Corbyn's POV*
When we walked in Reese yelled at the top of her lungs. Kayla put her hands over her ears and hugged Reese. For Kayla to be 7 and Reese to be 6 Kayla is pretty short. But she said her mother wasn't all that tall.  We went and sat with the others. Then Zach wanted to FaceTime.
Zach-"hey you with Kayla?"
Corbyn-"say hey kayla."
She had pancake in her mouth so she waved. He smiled and waved back then Daniel took his phone.
Daniel-"hey Kay-Bay."
She waved again then Jack took the phone by then she was done eating.
Jack-"lala!hey."
Kayla-"hey."
Lastly jonah."
Jonah-"hola Kayla."
Kayla-"hola jonah."
Then I talked to them while  Reese took Kayla up to her room. They played for a while in till we had to go.
Reese-"When are you coming back?"
Kayla-"I dnt know."
Ryan-"next time you come we can go shopping." She nodded and we said God bye to everyone. We walked to the uber and went to the air port. Kayla went to sleep on the way so I carried her through scearty and to our gate she slept the hole flight and so did I. I woke up five minutes before we landed and got Kayla and put her in my lap. When we landed Kayla was still asleep so I took her to Jonah who took her to the car. Then she was handed to Daniel who laied her across the seat. We drove home and I took her to her room.
Daniel-"hey Aspan came by and she started more drama what are we gonna do."
Corbyn-"what did she say."
Jack-"that we only adopted Kayla was for fame and we did really love her."
Kayla-"I knew it was too  good to be true." She was crying and  had her back pack in hand and ran out the door. I ran after her but couldn't keep up.
Corbyn-"KAYLA COME BACK."
Jack-"Dude get in the car."
I got in the car and we drove up the street until we saw her under a tree.
Corbyn-"look Kayla I'm sorry-"
Kayla-"go away."
She was crying.
Corbyn-"not until you come home."
Kayla-"you never wanted me there anyways so why should I go back?"
Corbyn-"becuz I love you we love you."
Kayla-"what goes around comes around. My mother loved my step dad and he used her. So now the same thing is happening to me if you loved me why did you let Jack say all those hurtful things to me!"
Corbyn-"it wasn't him it was someone eals and we were trying to fix it be for it turned in to a big problem."
Kayla-"then tell me are you only using me for fans? Or do you really love me?"
Corbyn-"of course we love you we never want to hurt you we only want to see you happy."
Kayla-"HOW DO I KNOW THAT!"she said sobbing really hard.
Corbyn-"becuz if we didn't love you we wouldn't have ran after you."
Kayla-"even if you truly care about me I dnt know if I feel the same way becuz I dnt know what love means."
Corbyn-"then we will show you. You dnt have to be afraid of us we want to help we want to understand but if you dnt talk to us we can't help."
Kayla-"I wish I could but right now I can't."
Corbyn-"it's okay we aren't rushing you take your time."
She hugged me.
Kayla-"in sorry."
Corbyn-"in sorry too."I grabbed her backpack and got in the car. Jack hugged her really tight and she hugged back crying in his arms. We went back home and the other guys were sitting at the island.
Jonah-"Kayla oh my goodness."
He rushed over to her and gave a hug. She cried even more.
Kayla-"I'm so so sorry."
She cried and Jonah picked her up.
Jonah-"you have nothing to be sorry for. The person who said that about you should be very very very sorry. We love you Kayla." She cried into his shirt. She isn't really as open with the other guys like she is with me.  She went up to her room and I followed. She was crying in her pillow. I picked her up and rocked her in my lap.
Corbyn-"shh...its okay."she stopped crying and I heard quite snoring. I kissed her forehead and walked out. We have to start locking the doors now....
