Every time Ashley sights Joseph, she holds a grip on Fina and quickly avoids him. He can’t take it anymore and as he saw Ashley, he quickly ran towards her and holds tightly on her hand.
“Joseph?!” Ashley shouted.
“Tell me, why you keep on avoiding me and even drawing a distance between me and Fina?!” he shouted.
“You don’t have to be bother by us. Just fix everything in your wedding.” Ashley was about to leave.
Joseph holds Fina’s hand and kneeled in front of her. “Fina, I’m not a bad person as Ashley trying to portrait. Tell me honestly, how old are you?”
“Fi…” Ashley grabbed Fina. “We don’t give information to strangers.”
“So am I just stranger to you now?!”
Ashley nods and left.
“I’ll not stop until you explain everything to me.”
The next day, Ashley left to buy goods in the market and as Ashley left, Joseph arrived and luckily, Louie’s not in their house too. Jen let him in. Joseph sat on the couch and Jen brought juice and placed it on the table and sits.
“So… What makes you bring here? Ashley’s not here.”
“Uhm… Can I ask you something?”
“Sure.”
“Is Fina your child?”
“Ah… why did you ask so suddenly?”
“I’m just curious about it. Ashley keeps on hiding Fina away from me.”
“Joseph…”
Fina goes downstairs and saw Joseph. She quickly run towards him and give him a hug.
“My prince! At last you visited me without that witch!”
Joseph giggled. “Do you miss me?”
“So much!”
“Do you have any idea why Ashley’s trying to hide you from your prince?”
“Yes.”
“What is it?”
“She’s jealous.”
Joseph rubbed Fina’s hair, he carry her and put her on his lap.
“So… how old are you again?”
“Five. And I’m turning six next month.”
Jen stands up. “Excuse me for a while.”
“Oh! What gift does my princess wants?”
Fina smiled. “You called me your princess?!” she kissed him on his right cheeks. “I just want you to be there.”
“Your mom raised you nicely.”
“But she’s a witch.”
“What do you mean?”
Ashley arrived and shouted, “I’m home!” she saw Joseph and Fina, she dropped the plastic bags and walks quickly towards them. Joseph extended his arms to give a stop sign to her.
“You’re doing the same act everyday. You may stop for a while.”
“Haven’t I warned you to stop your connections with Fina?!”
“If you let Fina explain what your real relationship with her is, I’ll stop.”
Ashley stared at Fina nervously. Jen appeared and Ashley glared at her sharply.
