Remembering things wasn't always easy. You'd think with the mutant brain I have, it would be easy, right? No. No it's not. All the things from the past are hard to remember. But as I lay here, in this bed, I start to recognize somethings.

"You're stupid. An illiterate waste of time. All you do is play on that stupid computer and take up space."

More voices echo through my head.

"You'll never measure up to your sister. Why couldn't you have been more like her?"

"You! You did this!! You killed her!!"

I cringed at this one.

"You're useless! Now finish the bank account and let's go before you're next!"

I froze. What was that last one? The bank account... Why... Why couldn't I remember? I know who said it too. My mother had. Her voice was as clear as day. But why was she talking about a bank account..? Who's bank account..? What was I doing with a bank account? Next for what..?

Wait a second here... There's something not right about that... It's all starting to come back to me now... My mother and father...

"Oh... Oh my god..."
