Things Wrong With Fan Fiction (Or just Books In General)

Time

Why don't people get how time works?

Only an hour before class ended. I sighed, and started to draw. Ten minutes later, I was done with the basic outline. I debated who would be the one on my paper.

"Hey," a familiar voice caused my head to snap up and look at Carter. He smiled, leaning down to look at my paper.

"What?" I asked, crossing my arms. Him around my drawings made me uneasy.

He leaned closer, whispering into my ear.

"How about you draw us?" He asked. He moved so his lips almost touched mine. My breath hitched as I looked up into his brown eyes.

The bell rang, making him pull away.

"See ya around."

Like ....?

People are too lazy to make fillers, they only want action, action, action. Why is it that hard?

Like I know when some points are hard, but either a time skip, or saying your drawing for a long time.
