Celica raise her hands blazing with blue-white fire and executes her spell. "Forblaze!". Roasting flames started to spread from her to the walls, in the aisle, enveloping all corners of the church in seconds. People evacuated to the closest exit they can found. The fire boiled everything it licks, turning the massive cathedral into a hellish inferno. The ceiling started to collapse, huge debris falling and blocking some of the exits, stampede began to worsen the situation, the guards could no longer control the huge crowd panicking, everything turn into chaos.
The royal guards of Illia and Nohr didn't know how to respond in this situation, they can't just strike down their future queen. They surround Celica hands on the hilts of their swords ready to unsheathed in case something worst happens.
Celica can see the confused and shock faces of the guards. Each afraid to make any move, its either they hurt the princess or they might get hurt themselves 'They surely don't know how to deal with this kind of situation'. 'Kill them all Celica! And make your escape here', the voice started to whisper again. But before any unnecessary fight erupts, Michalis steps between them and ordered, "I'll deal with this, go now and help in evacuating the people to safety!", they all obeyed without delay. The tall prince now turns to Celica.
Michalis tried to hold the princess but she threatened him by pointing her hands in his direction. "Princess Celica, what are you doing? Stop that! You are going to kill everyone inside here! We have other problems inside here don't try to add any more", he indicated by coursing his hand around, where turmoil runs rampant, all screaming and running for their dear lives, accompanied by the deafening roar of the huge lizard who seems still confused from a hundred feet fall.
"What do I care about that? He's gone anyways", 'My life is nothing anymore'. Celica couldn't control the emotions burning inside her, feeding her with so much atrocity and grief. 'All those years I have waited...All the pain I have endured... For you Karna, how could you leave me like this... The ghost inside her echoed again, its eerie metallic voice grinding each word, 'Yes Celica he has left you all alone now, you have nothing now. Now go! And burn all of them show them how you felt all this time! If it weren't for them, you could have been reunited with your beloved Karna already! Go Celica what are you waiting for? gave them the hell they gave you!'. She now guided her hand to the center of sanctum
Michalis step in front of her, "No! If you are going to cast that magic again you will kill everybody here!"
"Step aside Michalis", she warned, flames churning feverishly on her palm, "Unless you want to be burn in a crisp here first?"
"Celica", it was the first time he called her by name only, "What's happened to you? You've been acting strange since the soldier went here and now", he pauses looking to the girl, eyes still shining like the sun, "Now, you are about to kill thousands of lives here"
With her thoughts still chained down to her beloved prince, Celica couldn't process anything. The soldier's words swirled inside her head over again, repeating it for the hundredth time, she didn't know what to do. 'The thought of Karna's death didn't even occur to me even once', and now it is happening, she didn't know it was this painful, the boy was the only thread she clings on to keep living. The moment she thought of his loss, her life suddenly meant nothing, 'What else do I have to live for?'. As she become lost in absolute demise, one thought unexpectedly transpired on her mind. 'One messenger from Sacae. Only the messenger survives', this lit some hope back to her eyes, her heart seems to beat life again. 'Why hadn't it occurred to me before? Karna is from Sacae, and... why wouldn't he want to be the messenger? After he promised me...' it brought her on a short nostalgic trip. 'I'm willing to leave my lands in fire if it meant saving you Celica', she can brightly remember how the young prince told her that after she ask what would he select if it comes down to that, she knows how easy for anyone to say that to her, but she knows Karna.
