"Are you being serious right now?" I asked in a monotone voice as I stared at the establishment in front of me. I traveled my gaze back to him in a not amused manner.

He merely laughed at me, "What? I don't have any money with me at the moment, I didn't know I'll see you there," he grabbed my hand and lead me inside. I was still sulking when he waved at someone.

"Oh." The guy uttered in recognition, "I haven't seen you two in a while."

Cho Ji Hoon, the counter guy, waved at us unenthusiasthically. I waved back at him with the same energy while the guy who's holding my hand waved like a puppy.

"Merry Christmas, Ji Hoon-ah!" He greeted while smiling like an idiot. Jisoos, when will this guy stop being a happy ball of sunshine?

Ji Hoon only nodded back at him and proceeded tapping on his phone, probably playing games as usual.

Jongguk, on the other hand, grabbed some ramyeon, again, and handed me one.

"Wow, merry christmas."

"You're welcome," He snickered.

The snacks we normally had only increased in amount but it was still the same, well, except for the sliced cake he bought. It was for occasion, he said. I'm genuinely flattered.

In the middle of eating, with food still on his mouth that's noticeably on his cheek, he patted me, "yah, is that fireworks?" His eyes glinted as he eye the target that was peacefully on the shelf.

"Oh no no no. Andwae, Jeon!" Before I knew it, he already went and bought it.

My face went into my palm as I watched him purchased it. "Yah, Jungkook! It's freaking Christmas, not New Year!"

"Same difference." He shrugged, "you want to light this outside?"

Well, what choice do I have?

I went with him outside, as per his request. We walked until we reached near the Han River, he walked in front of me, making me glance at his oufit that I didn't notice before. He was wearing a black sweater underneath his jacket and blue jeans.

Huh? it's only been a few weeks since we last saw each other but why does it seemed like he changed? His physique was noticeably, slightly buffer than before. Or maybe it's just because of his puffer jacket?

I shrugged the thought off until my eyes landed on his feet. "Oy, Jungkook-ah!" I called him.

He glanced at my direction. "Wae?" I pointed at my shoes and then his shoes. His face brightened and we both screamed at the same time, "Timberlands!"

I ran to him and messed his hair while chuckling, "you have a good taste for a guy!"

"I'm an idol, Lisa. I'm supposed to look good all the time." He said smugly.

"I'm supposed to look good all the time." I mocked.

He grabbed my head and rested his arms around my shoulder. "You know, I never really had any female friends before, for some reason, I'm really comfortable with you. Is it because you act like a guy?" He chuckled.

"I'm a girl! I have boobs!" I said, feeling offended. He just laughed even harder.

"You see? What kind of girl says that?!" He pretended to wipe off tears.

"Well you haven't met plenty of girls that's why you can say that," I sulked.

His laugh turned into a soft smile, "Nah, I'm fine with just you," that shut me up.

After goofing around for a few more minutes, we decided to light up the fireworks. He bought one pack of it and said we have to light all of it or else we can't go home.

We were joking around with it until Ji Hoon suddenly went to us and pointed a polaroid camera. Jungkook faced him holding two fireworks while I was holding one with my back facing Ji Hoon, I simply looked back and smiled until it flashes.

He handed us the picture before saying, "Christmas gift," and then he went back inside the store in a hurry because it was freezing and he didn't have any coat. That made Jungkook and I look at each other and giggled.

We waited for the photo to develop and smiled when it did.

"Why didn't you go here for more than a week?" Jungkook asked suddenly when the last firework he was holding dimmed.

We were both sitting in the bench when he asked that, the question made me flinched for a moment but when I recovered, I answered with a skillful lie, "I've been busy with my practices. I was too tired by the intensity of the choreographies that I can't wake up at midnight, you see."

"Hmm..." He nodded absentmindedly, still staring at ahead.

"I thought I did something wrong the last time, it drove me crazy." He stated.

I gulped. "I- It's getting cold, we should go inside-"

"Lisa, are you hiding something from me?" He blurted out that made me froze.

I glanced at him staring at me, he then scratched his head, "I know we've only known each other for a short time but... I feel like you were ignoring me on purpose." He furrowed his eyebrows, as if confused why he was sad.

"I'm not avoiding you!" I exclaimed. "I'm not lying, I really was busy these past few days," I convinced him, "and why would I even ignore you? Pabo."

His face visibly went lighter, "Jinjja?"

"Mhm." I nodded, "let's go inside?" I smiled. It was his turn to nod.

Chaeng... It seems like I'm really stupid.
