--/"Unnie-deul, just give me one more day..."
I woke up to the beeping sound of my phone, my hand roamed around the side of my bed to find it and I looked at the time, squinting my eye because of the brightness of the screen and doziness. It was already past seven, I groaned and buried my head on my pillow, I was still sleepy.
I thought that after the talk with YG-sajang-nim about Eunbi-unnie we would at least have less things to do but it seemed that it kept getting more hectic each day. The activities we all had that involved the preparations for the debut of Pink Punk, apparently went on hiatus. But we still kept promoting individually. We were literally scattered everywhere.
Jennie-unnie featured on Lee Hi-unnie's song entitled Special. She was scheduled to record the rap part and she also had to sing to a music show with GD-sunbae with his song called Black. She was also featured on his music video years ago after the announcement of being the first member of the upcoming new girl group. It had already been 3 years since then.
Jisoo-unnie was a lot more busier than us. She had tons of CF to shoot left and right. After her cameo on the drama called The Producer, a lot of advertisement company contacted her. I think her recent one was with that one famous actor, Lee Min Ho was it? She also had to feature to some labelmate's MV along with iKon's Bobby. She was the visual so I get why she had a lot of exposure than the rest of us.
As for Chaeyoung, the management let her focused on honing her voice with vocal lessons, as well as minor photoshoots and dance practices. It was the same for me too, I had shoots with NONAGON (I also get to meet CL-sunbae and Taeyang-sunbae I couldn't believe I breathed in the same room with them oh my god), also vocal lessons and dance practices. I was also religiously studying Hip-hop because my position includes rap, so I have to be less ignorant about stuff like those.
As a group, we were all learning Japanese, (and I was still studying Korean) for a potential promotion there because Japan had the second biggest music market in the world, but that's only going to happen if they even let us out of this dungeon.
And uh, we're also constantly working on looking better, if that made any sense.
My dry skin was becoming soft already ever since I came here, appearance was really important here. And I'm learning how to do make up on my own and I'm unexpectedly enjoying it!
I got out of the bed and proceeded to the kitchen where the girls were at. Jennie-unnie was attempting to cook pancakes, while the two were busy with their phones, Jisoo-unnie being the one chewing the 'failed' pancakes with her bare hands.
Eunbi-unnie moved out two days after that incident, since she's not covered by the management anymore, she had to leave and I guess and I hope that she's now focusing on getting better instead of plotting some revenge on us.
I want to believe that she's not that low of a person to grasp on our hands as she fall on her own cliff.
"Do we have separate schedules today as well?" Chaeng asked while munching the already cooked pancake that Jennie-unnie put on her plate.
"Yeah, I think we have." Jisoo-unnie answered without looking.
Jennie sighed, "are we even going to debut?" she uttered, making all of us look at her and sighed comically again at the same time.
I checked my schedule on my phone, scrolling on it but then realized there's nothing I had except for a salon appointment, I had my time cleared until tomorrow.
