This chapter deleted itself, and the thought of rewriting it sent me into a 2 day long depression, so that's why none of my other stories have been updated recently. But this is now rewritten and behind me so I can resume your regularly scheduled programming. ;)

(April O'Neal)

I called the turtles immediately after I woke up.

Raphael answered and I tried not to laugh as he told me of the events that had unfolded last night.

I rolled my eyes at the mention of Buffy Shellhammer's name. One episode with her in it was enough to last me a life time. Even though she did stand her ground against Shredder and turned out to be pretty resourceful in the end, I'm good.

Iv turned down every interview assignment with her Burnes has tried to put me on. Instead, turning it over to Vernon, let him deal with that.

Though Irma, who often assists Vernon and I behind the Camara, has told me that she has turned into quite a successful entrepreneur, bringing higher profits to her company then ever before, Iv had enough of that brat to last a lifetime.

"What is Lord Dregg up to? Is this the silence before the storm?" I spoke into the camera In front of me.

I was doing a report, live in front of New Yorks N.A.S.A. Office. The building was on high alert with Dreggs ship hovering just miles above the city. Silent and waiting, plotting, planning.

The city didn't know what to think of Lord Dregg, he had descended to earth openly, coming down like some kind of savior, promising to help earthlings clean up and keep safe the planet. Even had a tower built in his honor.

The turtles and I knew something was up, and with a little creative reporting I filmed him announcing his evil plans for world domination to his minions, and broadcasted it city wide.

Trying and failing to kill the turtles over and over has driven him even further insane. With the Technogang defeated, and mungs mysterious disappearance, he's up there alone, surrounded by a force field that makes a Fort Knox look like child's playpen.

"Where are The Teenage mutant Ninja Turtles? Has this City scared them off for good? Reporting live from NASA, April O'Neal, Channel 6 News."

I waved my hand below the view line and signaled Irma to cut.

"That's a wrap." My best friend/camera woman announced.

"How are the turtles?" She asked moments later as while climbing into the news van drivers seat.

She knew they had moved from there old lair after Dreggs Technogang, and occasionally, mobs of New York citizens started scouring the sewers in search of the "wanted criminals".

So as she maneuvered through the ever ridiculous NYC traffic, back to Channel 6, I spun her the tale of the past days events.

Eyes forward, grip tight on the steering wheel she listened, nodding occasionally, probably too stunned to speak.

"Wow, that is just... Unbelievable!" She finally spoke as we pulled into the parking lot.

Later as I was walking down the hallway to my office, my least favorite coworker stopped beside me.

"Well look, if it isn't New York's 2nd favorite reporter." Sneered Vernon, his greasy long black hair slicked back Into it's usual pony tail.

"We all know who you are Vernon, there is no need to go announcing around the building." I quipped back.
