Shortly after my visit, I was notified that Skylar went home to her family. The next day she was back in school, but needed an aid to help her out with everything. I wanted her to remember me, and fast. I loved when we hung out, and that may not happen anymore. Towards the end of the day, I went to Skylar to say goodbye.
"Hey Skylar..." I said awkwardly.
"Uh hi... person who saw me in the hospital."
"Hunter."
"You're a hunter? You don't hunt humans do you?" she asked.
I chuckled. "No, my name is Hunter. Hunter Jones. We used to be best buddies..." At this point I was singing the frozen song. "And now we're not... I wish you could tell me whyyyyyy!" She looked at me like I'm crazy, which I was. I can't deny that. Awkwardly, I packed up and went home.
