Chapter two:

Louis's POV:

My mom always had a way of making me happy after a really bad week. She understands what I have gone through with Eleanor. I had dated her for a year and a half but, when we started to drift apart these past few months and she eventually started to just avoid me all together.

It has been about 3 weeks since the break up and I still can't get her outta my head. I just really need a distraction to clear my mind. I don't know why I just didn't forget her. "Lou, you caught her cheating on you with some punk arse head. Just forget her." I mentally told myself.

So when my mom came into my room telling me that she was going to have a guest over for the day, I couldn't help but feel happy to finally think of something else. She was going to be here in about 2 hours so I decided to get ready and take a shower.

After I got all washed and cleaned up I wrapped the towel around my waist and went straight into my closet to pick out some clothes to wear. My mom told me to dress nice because she has known her since she was about my age. "Oh and Boo, She is also bringing someone with her." She added in quickly.

"Alright mom, ill try and be on my best behavior!" I reply with an evil smirk. I couldn't help but wonder who the guest with her will be, hopefully a guy my age who wants to play videogames or soccer with me. I need a guy's night out really bad.

I check the clock, great plenty of time left, so grabbed my white v-neck, black skinny jeans and throw them on my bed and go to the kitchen and grab a granola bar.

My mother is a concerned bird, she is still worried for me about the break up, even though I told her several times that I am over it. I grabbed the bag of something from the fridge, not really paying attention to it and went to my room to change into my clothes. After I had done that, I walked to the bathroom and started to swoop my hair to its natural right side of my face. It took me about 30 minutes to get it just the right way. "Ah all better now" I said to myself. While walking into my room I took a quick glace at the clock, good an hour left.

While sitting in my room I looked around my room and seeing things that reminded me of Eleanor. I decided to get up and clear it all away in to box and put it into the garage and keep a mental note to throw it out or put it on her doorstep tomorrow. There was a few of her CDs, a bottle of her perfume, and... "Oh god" I said.

On my dresser was the necklace I had given her for our year anniversary. It was a Superman pendant and on the back it was engraved with small writing, "Now matter where we are I'll always be there to save you- Lou" I looked at it an a tear streamed down my face, I wiped it and put it in a small black box and placed it in my nightstand drawer. Grabbing my food of the table, I pounced on my bed.

After lying there for about 5 minutes all the food was gone, so I decided to go run to the market to grab some more food for everyone to snack on. "Hey mum! I am running to the super market to grab some snacks!" I yelled right as I grabbed my keys and walked to the font door. "Alright Boo Bear drive safely! Oh and grab me some Oreos please!" she said to me with a wide pleading smile. "Alright mum, be back in about an hour!" I said as I opened the front door and closed it and walked to my blue mini.

The drive only took me about 12 minutes to get to the supermarket. I walked in and headed straight for the sweet section to grab my mom her cookies. Then walked to the snacks and grab several bags of chips and some Capri Suns. After that I proceeded into the freezer section grabbing a tub of mint chocolate chip and some cookie dough to bake into cookies for later. I went to checkout, bought my items and went to my car, put everything in the trunk and drove home.

When I got home there was a car outside my house. Hm the guests are here already? Well I guess I lost track of time. I grab the few bags from my trunk and went to the front door. Okay hopefully the guy is not a punk, I have had enough of them for one week.

When I walked into the house I heard small chattering and none of the voices was a man's. "Did my mom's friend not bring the guest after all?" I thought. "Im home mum!" I said while closing the door.

I walked into the kitchen to see my mum sipping on some tea and her friend sitting on a stool with a teenager next to her. She turn around and looked at me with her gorgeous eyes.

She had long brown, semi-wavy hair, with ray band sunglasses on top of her head, wearing blue jean shorts with a white lose see-through shirt, that was tied to one side and had a blue and white stripped undershirt, that match the navy blue Toms she was wearing, sitting next to her. I couldn't keep my eyes off her, completely forgetting about anything else.
