Chapter 3~ The little girl and her friends

~Part 1- A girls day out~

Hmm... I thought as I headed towards the classroom. Its Monday today. A busy week, it's going to be. I headed towards my seat. Robyn sat beside me, on the desk, talking to a few other girls. I walked past them and sat down. I sighed... I was still thinking about the Mr. B incident...

'Mornin' Mals!' Robyn greeted cheerfully.

'Mornin'!' I greeted back and smiled to the others.

'Heya!' A blonde girl greeted me. 'Um... Melissa, Right?'

I nodded, 'yea?'

'We are all going for shopping , to the new mall that's opening today. So, wanna join us?'

I looked up to her, who had a big smile on her face. 'You're inviting me? Wow! Thanks...' Then I remembered Amy... 'But I cant leave my sister alone at house. I usually leave her with my neighbour. But she is out of town for a week. Right now, she is at playschool, so I...'

'Playschool?' Robyn jumped in. 'How old is she?'

'Three' I said.

'OMG! Really?' Both of them said together!

'Of course, you can bring her, if you wish', the blonde girl said... 'We all love kids, don't we?' She looked at Robyn, who nodded enthusiastically.

'Great then. Lets meet at the entrance of 'Shoppe', the new mall, Okay?' the girl said, 'And, oh! I forgot! My name is Bella! Nice to meet you.' She gave me a wide smile.

'Sure!' I laughed.

The final bell rang and the class began. I smiled to myself, I just got another friend huh?

'Yea, she is sooo cute, Mals', a girl named Lily said as she took Amy in her hands.

'hey! Give her to me too!' Terra, another girl from my class said. I simply smiled, secretly looking after Amy. 'She's an amethyst!' They cried.

'So what's her name?' Robyn asked me as we sat down at the food court.

'Amelia' I said. I looked around, and wow! Suddenly noticed Mr B! In a Hotdog outfit? 'WHO'S THAT?' I screamed!

Robyn turned around, 'he? He is a guy dressed up as a hotdog, you know. Advertisement...What happened?'

I looked at him again, Yea, it was not Mr B, just some guy dressed up in a hotdog suit. Gosh! What happened to me? 'Sorry' I gave a weak smile.

'here' Terra said, as she handed me Amy back, 'hey... know what? I would like to see you house, you know.'

Hmmm. I thought... Since my unpacking is done... Maybe...

'Well, I know I am new here... And you guys don't know me well. But will you guys... I mean I wanna give a girl's sleepover party on Friday... So I was thinking if... you all...' I tried to say.

'You are inviting us for a party?' Bella's eyes lit up. 'Course, I'll come!'

I smiled at her and turned towards others. Robyn, looked at others who nodded, and said, 'its a yes, baby!'

'Kay then!' I cheered and we all hugged. ' I want to invite more girls, you know... so will you just tell me whom to invite and whom to not...'

'Yea! Why notttt?' Terra said...

So the next day, I invited 5 more girls to my party. We ten girls are so going to rock together! I was out for shopping for my party. Robyn told me about some of the shops. So I headed towards 'Fairy land'. As I entered the cute little shop, I was dazzled by the beautiful things found there. I even saw the sparkle in Amy's eyes as she looked at the stuffed toys. But I am going to keep the baby away from the toys..Hmmm, I nodded.

After a few hours, I thought I had everything I needed according to my theme, "a night in the clouds"-

 Stuffed toys- I had a whole lot of them, at home, so I didn't buy anything

 Candles- a brought a some nice sweet ones

 Paper ribbons-done

 Glow-in-the-dark decorations -yup, done!

 Chocolates and flowers -yes.

 A nice movie

 Ice cream

Good. Now that everything was done. I felt good...

(From the writer- okay I am from India, and truly speaking, I never had a slumber party in my whole life... But I always wanted to have a girls night like that...So I wrote everything from my imagination...)

On Friday night-

Okay, almost 7:30 now... My friends will be there in half an hour... I looked at the decorations in the drawing room. Nicely decorated with stars and moons, white and silver paper ribbons and brightly lit with a whole lot of candles. In every corner were dozens of stuffed toys and pillows. I checked the music player and DVD player. Yep, working. I sighed again. I was still thinking about him. Why cant I get him out of my mind?

*Ding dong!*

The bell rang. What? My friends are there now? But I called them at 8! Okay! I must relax! I can handle. So what if its my first party here? This is so going to be the best party. I checked myself in the mirror. Okay a violet pjs and hair tied in to two braids. Just like the theme. I ran to the door.

'Comin!'

I opened the door. But I didn't see any of my friends. I saw a-

'Pizza ma'am!' A pizza guy said. I couldn't see his face properly, the cap was pulled low on his face. I didn't think about it much, because the real problem was-

'Pizza? I didn't order for a pizza yet.' I thought to ask others, then order...

'Heh!' The pizza guy gave me a huge grin. Hey! You look so familiar! I thought.

'Wait! Who are you?' I asked, a little tension in my voice.

'Relax! I am no stranger to you, okay?'

This voice is so familiar, this dialog and this smile... I looked at him. He raised his head, revealing the twinkling chocolate brown eyes.

'You?' I gasped.
