''Are you ready sweetie?''I heard my mum say from downstairs.
''Y-Yeah. I-i'm c-oming'' I answered her from my bedroom, while I was packing a few more things before leaving to the airport.
I walked down the long wooden stairs holding my suitcase in one hand and my carry-on bag in the other one.
''I can't believe you're leaving.'' my mom said and, I swear, I could see a tear almost falling off her dark brown eyes.
You smile before you hear the horn of Mike's car outside.
''M-Mom, I-I have to go n-now...'' I said stuttering and kissed her goodbye.
''Ok sweetie. Make sure to call me once you arrive at the airport!
''I-I will...'' I said as I was opening the door, walking outside to make my way to the car.
Before I got in, I looked back and waved at her smiling for the last time before I left for Colombus, OH. Mike found a really good paying job there, so I was kinda forced to move there if I wanted to be with him. Which I really didn't, but he did.
Finally, I got in and closed the door after I had put my luggage in the trunk.
''Hey, pretty!'' Mike said and gave me a small kiss.
Oh well, that happened...
''H-Hi'' you say in difficulty.
''You ready to go?''.
You nod.
''Then let's get going''
''W-Wait, M-Mike... C-Can we-e st-top by Eva's h-house f-first? you say hesitantly.
''Sure, but you have to be quick if we don't want to miss the flight...''
You nod again, this time looking more excited.
And the car starts moving...
