It's already 3:45 am but Jho is still missing in action. She doesn't reply to my messages and calls weren't entertained. Where the hell is that girl?
Time has passed and the service left us. Good thing they allowed me to refund the fees we paid.
Someone's driving for almost half a day.
My conscience struck me. Jho is already on her way to hell. Yeah, hell. She will soon experience hell for making me wait for such time.
My thoughts were cut when a taxi parked in front of me and showed a talkshit girl. LOL
"I'll explain later, nasan na yung van?"
"VIP ka teh? Tingin mo hihintayin tayo nun? Tara na." I am slightly pissed and can't help but to answer her rudely. I just hope she doesn't take it seriously.
I grabbed one of her bags and walked towards the parking lot.
"Sayo to?" She asked after unlocked a grey Ford Ranger.
I sighed to control myself from being rude again.
"Yes and let's go," I plainly answered.
Jho is really quiet all throughout the trip. It made me sleepy that's why we took a lot of stopovers. On the last stop, I finally asked her what was wrong.
"Hey, you good?"
She didn't answered. She was just looking from the busy expressway showing passing vehicles.
"You're not. Jho, what's wrong? Masama ba pakiramdam mo? Tell me para makauwi tayo agad."
"Huh?"
"Fuck."
I stood in front of her and did a quick check on her body temp, it seemed normal naman. So ano nga?
"Alam mo, let's go home. Hindi tayo mag-eenjoy kung ganyan ka, Jho."
"NO BEA! I AM FINE, MAY INIISIP LANG AKO KANINA PANG UMAGA."
"Care to share?"
"Wag na muna, Beatriz."
I respect her choice not to share it with me for the meantime.
I went back inside the car and she also did.
After a very long ride, we have checked in our hotel rooms and decided not to go out first. We both wanted rest from the half-day journey to Sagada.

I woke up earlier than I've expected. Maybe it's because I'm too excited to enjoy the place. The food, the breathtaking view, the people and the weather.
I did my morning routines and checked if Bea is already awake.
Several knocks were done but there was no response, confirmation that de Leon is still on her slumber.
Napagod nga pala 'to kakadrive kahapon. Tapos di ko man lang kinausap. Hay nako, Jho.
I decided to make use of my time in preparing for our breakfast. Good thing the room we rented is a condo-type. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 huge bathroom and a kitchen. Perfect for our 5-day vacation here in Sagada.
I opened the fridge only to see well placed stock food.
