"Okay na ba yung laptop ko?"Bea awkardly shooked her head.
Manners, Bea. She thought to herself.
"Uhm, pasok ka muna. I'm still fixing it kasi eh."
Jho entered and sat on her couch.
"Do you want some snacks? Is there anything I could offer you?"
"Busog pa naman ako, I'll tell you if ever I feel hungry." Jho stated with her blank stare on her laptop.
"Okay."
Bea went back to her business again, she was carefully taking out some chips from the laptop.
"What are you doing?" Jho asked.
"Uhh... I'm removing the chips, then patutuyuin ko sa bigas."
Jho chuckled.
"Is that really helpful? Ang old-school nun ah."
"Hopefully. Na-try ko na din kasi sya sa chips ng PS4 ko."
"Did it worked?"
"Yeah, good as new."
"Paano pag di mo naayos?"
Ang daldal talaga niya. Bea thought.
"I don't wanna lose hope pero if ever, I'll buy you a new one. Natanggal ko na din naman yung chip ng internal memory niya eh, and I think it's not damaged naman."
"Talaga lang ha?"
Bea looked up after her last statement.
"You really have a habit of spilling water on your things noh?" Jho said as she raised some papers with faded prints because of yeah, spilled water.
"Hindi ko naman sinasadya." Bea replied.
"Eh bakit mo naman sasadyain?"
Bea chose to keep quiet. Though, the lady is really getting to her nerves, never in a million times she would think of answering back in a disrespectful way. That's how she was raised.
"Pwede maki-sleepover? I don't feel like going home at this time din eh."
"Uh.. sure, you can occupy the room overthere."
"Thanks! Good night!" Jho walked to the room and closed the door. Bea kinda felt relieved after she left.
Bea spent hours on fixing the laptop. She also had 4 cups of coffee just to keep herself awake— and she made sure her coffee is away from her things.
It was six in the morning when Jho woke up, she went out of the room and noticed that Bea wasn't at her couch anymore. She carefully walked to the kitchen and saw the lady resting her head at the dining table.
"Naayos nya na kaya?"
She heard Bea's phone rang. She was about to pick it up, saying that the owner is still asleep when she realised that it wasn't a call. It was an alarm.
