"Hey, Madayag! I'll bring you to Sagada." Bea said while fixing her laptop to a good view for Maddie since they're having their daily vid call.
"Baliw ka ba? Iniinggit mo lang ako eh." Maddie answered and acted jealous.
"Promise yan! Lahat ng pupuntahan namin, ipapakita ko sayo using vid call."
"Magpupuyat pa ako? Bei, wag na tsaka quality time niyo yun ni Jho, i-enjoy mo nalang."
"But I miss you," she answered with her puppy eyes and pouted lips.
"I miss you more, alam mo yan, but I think we have to start considering things na mahihirapan tayo since ang layo natin sa isa't-isa."
"Nakakalungkot naman, Madayag. Punta nalang kaya ako diyan?"
"Baliw ka nga! Iiwan mo si Jho? Kaya mo?"
"Baka nga siya yung mang-iwan eh."
"Bakit? LQ agad kayo? Teka meron bang 'kayo'?" Maddie teased.
"Harsh." Bea replied then went to the kitchen to prepare her snack.
"Kwento na gurl!" The girl on the other line excitedly leaned closer to her laptop screen and mixed her cereals while waiting for Bea's story.
"Anuna?"
"I have nothing to tell, Mads. Ganun pa rin kami since you left."
Liar, Bea. LIAR.
"Talaga?"
"Yeah!"
Maddie nodded and smiled like she's really satisfied with Bea's answer.
"Okaaay! I'll hung up na,"
"No, Maddie! I'm telling you!"
"Huh? Ibababa ko na yung tawag."
"Oh."
"Akala mo 'hang' as in bigti? Hahahahaha! Nahihibang ka na, Bei! Kakaisip mo yan kay Jho eh. You have to sleep and rest your mind, sweetie."
Bea scratched her head and realised her mistake. A few chats more and the two decided to turn the video call off.

Ang lutang ko ngayon. I have slept more than 8 hours naman so bakit ganun? Nope. This is not about Jhoana.

Whatever. Tomorrow is our trip to Sagada and I can't wait to explore the province and its historical beauty.
I started packing my things until I realised that I don't have any hygiene supply that would last until the end of the trip. I did a quick shower and went to Landers.
My phone rang at the middle of choosing what sunblock I should buy.
It's her.
"Bea, you buy for me na din! Bayaran kita later! Bye!"
What the hell?
Luckily, I did get what she meant so I stepped back to see another variety of sunblocks that will for Jhoana's skin type (yeah, we're already that close to the point that we know what kind of skin types we have).
