"I.. Um.. I have to tell you something." Roman frowned softly, shuffling nervously from foot to foot. Virgil stood in front of him, one eyebrow raised slightly as he watched the usually confident side, who seemed much more intent on winning his staring contest with the floor than looking at him.
He waited, but finally spoke up when he didn't get an answer. "Well? What is it?" He shoved his hands into his pockets as the prince paused for a second.
The pink on his cheeks quickly started crawling to the tips of his ear and he finally tore his attention off the floor to look Virgil in the eyes, blurting out a quick, and probably louder than it needed to be, "I think I'm in love with you!".
This was... Not expected, and it showed for a second just how shocked Virge was, eyes widening and mouth falling open, before nervous laughter began spilling out, and Roman was instantly regretted saying anything, only breaking from his sudden mass of thoughts when Virgil spoke again.
"A terrible decision, really." Why did he say that? Was it the look on Roman's face when it fell? The fact that he had no idea how to respond to anything and wow, he was an idiot? Probably both.
"I'm... Sorry, sorry, I.. I know you don't feel the same, and... I shouldn't of said anything.. Forget this ever happened?" Roman fumbled for words, and started to back up, ready to bolt from the room and try and forget this himself, when he was suddenly shoved against it, quite aggressively, really.
Virgil was tightly grabbing onto him by the sash with one hand, and his other hand was pressed flat on his chest, pinning him to the door. His face was barely inches away from the other boy's, but he stopped, whispering a soft "Is this okay?".
Roman took a moment to let the words connect, still a bit shocked, but he managed to give a short nod, and that was all it took to have Virgil's lips pressed against his own, soon feeling said side relax against him. He wrapped both of his arms around his waist, pulling him closer slightly.
After a few seconds that felt way too fast, Virgil pulled away, mumbling "I'm sorry, I don't know why I said that, I.... I think I'm in love with you, too.".
As soon as he finished speaking, Roman grinned, adjusting his grip on his waist, and lifting him up, stepping away from the door and spinning around with him, causing him to let out a short yelp. He put him down after just one spin, not wanting to upset him too much.
"So... Does this mean you'll be my boyfriend?" Roman smiled hopefully, relaxing his grip around Virgil.
Virgil, of course, rolled his eyes, grinning and replying with "Of course, now come here, you nerd." and once again kissing his new boyfriend.
Bad ending is bad, but I hope you enjoyed. I'm really sorry for not getting anything out sooner but... The new video? I just want to say that Deceit is just... AH. I really, really, really, really, really love his deseign and his face.. It's beautiful! And is it just me, or did anyone else instantly think of the song Wolf In Sheep's Clothing (If you haven't heard it, listen to it, it's pretty good)? Because I did.
