Vic's POV

I love Jo, she's my daughter. Of course I love her. But god, I don't know if it's me or not, but I can't figure her out. Am I just a horrible father? Am I doing something wrong? Why is she always so mad at me? I feel like I'm doing the right thing, but the response I'm getting isn't like I expect it to be.

"Mike?" I asked while we walked back to the bus after the signing. "Am I a bad parent?" Mike looked down at me and shrugged.

"What makes you ask that?"

"Jo hates me." He slapped my shoulder.

"Bro she doesn't hate you. She'll blow off steam and come running back to you. She can't hate her own father."

"But then how do I keep her from blowing up in the first place? I thought I was doing everything right, I just don't get what made her so upset." I sighed. It was dark and cold. I don't get the weather in these states...

"I don't know Vic. I've never had a kid, but I agree with basically every decision you've made. She's a girl you know? Maybe she's just--"

"Aww what the fuck!" We heard off in the distance. I looked to the left and the SWS bus lights were on. The guys were standing around the bus looking mortified. Mike Jaime Tony and I jogged over. I felt glass crunching under my shoes.

"What happened?" Tony asked.

"Someone busted up the window!" Justin groaned.

"Haters gonna hate..." Gabe said.

"No man, this is insane!" Justin opened the door and climbed into the bus. "Why the window? Why didn't they spry the bus or something?"

"To be a bitch." Kellin said as he tried to brush away the broken glass from the window sill.

"...Uh, guys? Come in here a sec?" Justin called frantically. The SWS guys climbed on and we followed them.

"What the fuck is that!?" Gabe asked. They were crowded around the wall, and Justin pulled something off of it.

"Is that a bullet?" Jack asked. Justin nodded. My eyes grew wide.

"Why would someone shoot your window?" Tony asked. I spun around and pushed through the wall of people. "Vic?" I ran off the bus and headed to ours.

"Jo!? Jo! Where are you!?" I looked around frantically but couldn't find my daughter. The guys came running onto the bus after me.

"Vic what is it?" Jaime asked.

"I can't find Jo." I rushed to the back lounge but it was empty.

"Okay, we'll find her. Calm down, I'm sure she's fine."

"Jaime!? That's my daughter! She also has a fucking murderer who is also her brother, looking to kill her. There's a bullet in the bus right next to ours, I don't know where my daughter is and you're telling me to calm down!?" I pushed past them to the door and got off. "JO!?" I called with my hands cupped over my mouth. I noticed Katelynne walking out to the SWS bus. "Kate!" I ran up to her. "Have you seen Jo!?"

"Uh, no not since before the show why?"

"I can't find her."

"I'll get the other guys and we can go look for her." I nodded and we all started searching the venue for Jo. I knew she wouldn't have left this area without telling someone. She had promised me she wouldn't wander off too far. We searched for about an hour before it was too dark and too cold to continue.

"Vic, we need to stop. It's almost one in the morning. I'm sure she's fine, and she knows how to get back. She had her phone so she can call if she's lost. Don't worry about her. She's probably off at a bar drunk somewhere." Mike said. I sighed. I knew we couldn't keep looking.

"Alright..."

"And hey, she might have already gotten back by herself." I nodded and we went back to the bus. I searched through the bus one more time. I checked the back lounge and her bunk which were both vacant. "Jo? You in here?" I tapped on the bathroom door, but it wasn't even latched shut and I walked in. I stood staring at the mirror, hating myself. How could I just let my daughter walk off like this? I knew I was a horrible father.

I looked down and noticed something pink. What do any of us have that's pink? It was a box, in the trash...a...pregnancy test... WHAT. NO. I knelt down and searched through the trash until I found it. The stick that would decide my daughter's entire life. It was positive. Jo's pregnant.

"G-Guys?" I called. "Can you c-come in here a sec?"

"What man?" Mike asked. I lifted the test and showed them.

"Jo's pregnant."

"What!?" Tony took the test out of my hands.

"Sh-She's pregnant. And I don't know where she is." I felt my eyes welling up with tears. I sank down to the floor and leaned against the wall. "My daughter is...pregnant...and I don't know where she is!" Mike sat next to me and I buried my face in my hands. "I'm the worst parent in the world." Mike put an arm around my shoulder.

"No, Vic, you're not. You're being so responsible. She needs to stop and realize that you're in charge."

"Vic, there's always the possibility that she left because she was pregnant. She might have been too nervous to tell you. You know, considering what happened when you walked in on her..." Jaime said. I wiped away my tears and looked up. I sighed and nodded, praying that my little girl was okay.

"Yeah, and the bullet might not have even been related to her." Tony said.

"I hope not." I said with a broken voice. I took out my phone and tried calling her again, but her phone was still off. "Can we track her phone?" I asked.

"Not until she turns it on again." Tony said. I groaned in distress. "But if she's not back by morning, we'll go to the police and see what we can do. Right now I think we all just need some rest." I sighed.

"What if she's hurt..." I said, more thinking out loud than asking. Mike squeezed my shoulder.

"It's Jo. She's been hurt before and she's tough. I'm absolutely sure that she'll be alright Vic."

"But she's never been hurt while pregnent. She's carrying a child! My...grand-child."

"Shit Vic, a child and a grand-child within two months and you're not even thirty!" Jaime said to lighten the mood. I rolled my eys and stood up.

"Let's just go to bed..."
