Raghu and Meha Murthy: An innocent couple who loves their children. They have two children. Elder one is Kunal Murthy and youngest Nandini Murthy, The difficult one. Raghu is a businessman himself handling his business with the help of his talented son. Meha on the other side was a classical singer but due to family responsibilities she left her career. But she still sings. Morning riyaaz is her daily routine. As she says music can never leave her life.

Kunal Murthy: A good boy of the house. An ideal son for parents, an ideal brother for her sister and also an ideal fiancé. 25 years old, mature, independent guy.

Mukti Vardhan: The only daughter of Vardhan's. neighbour of Murthy's since ages. Best friend of Nandini since her birth. In love with Kunal Murthy and already engaged to him. A complete charming personality.

Navya Naveli: The chatter box of the group. Drama queen as Nandini always calls her. Basically she is from Patna, but stays in one of her relative's place in Mumbai. She is also Nandini's friend since they were 10.

Nandini Murthy: A complete feminist. She believes that a girl can do all the things which a guy can do. She believes that today's generation girls have so much to give to the world and not just being at home and taking care of the family. Completely against Marriage. She has got her MBA from Mumbai's best college and now has a dream to open her own company. She doesn't even want to work with her father as she dreams of having her own company by her hard work only.

Rajat and Nehanshi Malhotra: they have had a love marriage at a very young age. They shifted to Mumbai when Rajat's father's business crashed down in crisis. With them they have got their only son Manik who was just four-year-old at that time. Because Rajat had to start his own business they never thought of another baby. And when they were financially capable it was too late to have another baby. So they had showered all the love to their only son that is Manik Malhotra.

Cabir: The cool Ca-bir, the only friend Manik has. Not like he doesn't have other friends. He has, but the true and best friends is only Cabir who understands him like no one other can.

Manik Malhotra: The hot, the handsome, the eligible one. His mother and father are looking for an ideal wife for him. He doesn't even object though as of his all life he never really had that much attachment with any of his girl-friends.
