"Where are we going?" I asked and he was about to reply but we heard a loud gasp just beside us.

I turn my head to look while Manik followed my actions.

As I looked beside.... I saw....

"Bua...!" I gulped and she looked at my hands on his cheek and his hands around my waist.

Trouble!

Manik looked at me and then at my Bua (Father's Sister).

I suddenly panicked and sweated. Manik's hands which rested on my waist slowly moved away.

And I jerked his hands away making him shocked. I could feel him looking at me and then at Bua. But my eyes were focused on the lady in front of me.

"Who's he? Nandu?" Her cold tone made me shiver on my own place.

Did I forget to mention that my Bua, Sister of my Father is the most conservative woman on this earth. A Boy and a Girl can never be just friends in her language. And every love relationship is wrong in her mind. I still remember how Ayush Bhaiya, her only son suffered because she didn't let him marry the girl who he loved. A lot of chaos had happened but she didn't flinch even a bit and had been firm on it. At the end, Ayush bhaiya left the girl and did what she wanted. One evil woman she is. But everything is good between Ayush bhaiya and Divya bhabhi. The girl who she chose for Ayush bhaiya. She is sweet heart and they both are living a happy life and my Bua takes every credit of it.

Even when Kunal's relationship was revealed to her, she did everything to convince Dad and Mom to not listen to Kunal and get him married by an arrange marriage. But Dad and Mom were firm on their decisions. Bua doesn't talk nicely with Mukti even today. But Mukti cares less. I mean who wants attention from her?

"Bua... Woh... Woh..." I tried speaking but the look that she had on me like I have committed some sin was making me stammer. Although I did not do anything wrong.

"Hum... hum Do..." I was about to speak but she cut me off saying curtly "Dost tou nahi lag rahe ho."

She looked at Manik and glared at him then turning her eyes at me and making me more nervous. Shit! She saw me so near him that I cannot even lie. Now she will create drama at my place and I will be sandwiched between Mom and Dad again. She will pressurize Mom and Dad for my wedding. God! Why can't you see my happiness?

"Bua... actually...."

"Namaste Bua... Main Manik Malhotra... Nandini's fiance." I heard Manik cutting me off and my eyes shot up at him with shock and terror. WHAT?

"Jhooth bol rahe ho?" I heard Bua asking but my eyes were still at Manik who was calm and composed. What the hell?

"Maaf kijiye. Main jhooth nahi bol raha hun. Few months ago, we had met through our parents and we'll be soon getting married." He spoke last line and looked at me.

I gulped down the saliva blinking at him. Why is he lying? Okay that was true, we met through our parents but... We aren't getting married. God! Why is he even complicating things?

"Oh... Bhaiya ne bataya nahi. Shayad bhul gaye honge. Achhe se khabar lungi unki." Bua spoke and smiled finally making me breath on the normal pace.

"Par... Jab tak shadi nahi hoti tab tak apne hath zara control mein rakho. Samjhe?" She spoke coldly to Manik.

Manik nodded and sighed deeply.

"Aur tum... Ghar pe milti hun main tumhe" She spoke and I found myself nodding almost immediately.

She gave us both a look and turned around to go. I let out a deep breath which I was holding back since she appeared.

"She is a terror" Manik spoke giggling a bit and I turned angrily towards him. What was he thinking while saying all those things?
