Hazel POV

"Are you and Ian a thing now?" I look at Earl with wide eyes and then shake my head, "No sir, we're not. We're just friends." Earl shakes his head and laughs, "I thought you would be a couple by now. The way he used to look at you while you play with the panda would just make me smile." I show Earl a small smile, "He's still with the girl he brought here before."

Earl smile falls and he groans, "Ugh, he needs to break up with her." Me and Kayla both start laughing. "We'll be back sooner or later to come and visit. It was nice seeing you again." We walk out and head to the car. "Since when did you and Ian get close?"

I look at Kayla and sigh, "We got closer when I took Aaron in. Aaron likes Ian so much and I don't want to just push Ian away from Aaron." She nods her head and drives out of the parking lot.

"What about you and Owen?" She shows me a small smile and shrugs her shoulders, "We've been on a lot of dates, but we're not a couple. I also slept over a few times." My eyes widen, "Really?! Why hasn't he asked you out?!" Without looking from the road she shrugs her shoulders and shakes her head.

"I don't know, he has been busy lately at Underground. Him and Ian are still trying to find some fighters for the double team match." I lean against the window, "I have a date with Aaron teacher. He asked me when me and Ian went to get Aaron a haircut. Aaron teacher cuts hair at that barbershop." Her eyes widen and her mouth falls open, "What?! He asked in front of Ian?! I'm surprised he didn't think you and Ian are a thing."

I look at my phone and see a message from an unknown number. Without even reading it, I delete it. "He asked if me and Ian were dating and we denied it immediately. When I told him that, he asked me on a date seconds later. We're going out this Friday."

She does a little dance in her seat and I laugh, "Awe!! Please tell me how it goes. Have you talked to Lily and Megan?" I shake my head, "Ugh! I haven't, we really need to get together one day. How about this Saturday? We can ask them if they want to hang out." She nods her head and smile, "Yeah, we can do that."

Soon Kayla drops me off at home and I go up and take a shower. After my shower, I put on my work clothes. "I wish I can pick up Aaron, but I'm going to be a work when he gets out of school." I say to myself as I get in my car. I head to the office and smile at Mari as I walk in.

"Mr.Mount is already in the room." I nod my head and take the papers she hands me. I go to my office to put my stuff down and then go to the patient room.

I knock as I walk in, "Mr.Mount, I'm guessing you're here for your checkup." He shows me a small smile, "Yes I am. I feel a lot better, the pain is not as bad when I first came here." I nod my head and write down what he is saying. I put my clipboard down and take his hand.

"I'm going to see how it is and then I can tell you where you can go from there." He nods his head and I start unwrapping his hand. Seconds later I hear a knock and someone walks in.

I turn around and see a frustrated Ian, I let out a soft laugh, "Must you come in while I have a patient?" Ian sits in the chair behind me and sigh, "I have a big headache, seeing you will probably make it go away." I start laughing and continue to message Mr.Mount hand.

"Didn't I run into you before? It was when I was going for a run." I look up at Mr.Mount and see him smiling at Ian, "Yeah, we had a little conversation." I wrap his hand back up and he jumps off the bed once I finished, "I'm all done, you can go up there and make your last checkup for next week. When you come back, I will be able to remove the wrap for good."

Mr.Mount nods his head and smile, "Thank you for taking care of me." I shake his hand and smile, "Didn't you used to go to Blue Saint High?" I notice Mr.Mount freezing in his spot, "Um, no I've never been to that school. I'm not from around here."

Ian stands up and walks towards Mr.Mount. Before Ian could say anything else, Mr.Mount rushes out, "I have somewhere to be right now, so I can't talk. I'll see you next week Dr.Miles." I wave as he rushes down the hall, "I hope he doesn't forget to check up with Mari."

I turn around and glare at Ian, "What?! He looks so familiar! I hate when I can't remember faces, it frustrates me. It'll come to me one day." I shake my head and walk to my office with Ian following me.

"I'm guessing I'm going to be your therapist for today. Now tell me, what's bothering you?" He looks at me and laughs, "Me and Owen found a team for our double team match." He sits down and my eyes widen with excitement, "That's good! What're their names?"

I hand him some medicine for his headache, "Elijah and James. The frustrating thing about it is that we can't find anyone who wants to fight against them." He takes the medicine and I look at him with an arch eyebrow, "You have a whole building filled with fighters. You're telling me you can't find anyone?" He shakes his head and runs his fingers through his hair, "That's not it, the problem is that Elijah and James's reputation makes my fighters not want to get in the ring with them."

He comes on my side of the desk and put a DVD in. Next thing I know I see two people fighting, "That's James and that's his opponent." It looks like James is playing around with him in the first round, but as soon as the second round start James finishes his opponent. I cover my mouth in shock and look at Ian, "He's coughing up blood!"

Another fight pops up, "That's Elijah and that's his opponent." Unlike James fight, Elijah beats his opponent with two hits. His opponent falls to the floor and also coughs up blood, "Ian! What the hell?! Their opponents are coughing up blood!"

"What's their reputation?! They cheat or something?! If they cheat, they shouldn't be allowed to fight!" He shakes his head and looks at me, "They always put their opponents in the hospital or they sometimes end their opponents' career in fighting." I look at him with disbelief all over my face as he paces back and forth, "I know the fighters five years ago wouldn't mind getting in the ring with people like that, hell me and Owen wouldn't even mind."

He stops pacing and looks at me with a weird look. He quickly pulls out his phone, "Hey Owen! When was the last time you trained?!" I look at Ian with confusion all over my face, "Like two days ago, why?" He looks at me and smile, "Owen, how about me and you go against them?"

My eyes widen, "No! Ian! Owen don't you dare agree!" I walk up to Ian and he holds his arm out, "Hazel? Ian, are you at the doctor again?" I roll my eyes at his question, "Just answer the question. We still haven't fulfilled our promise. We can fulfill it in a different way."

Ian POV

He stays quiet for a few seconds, "Hell Yeah!! Let's get Matthew and Austin to make the poster for us!!" I start laughing and Hazel throws a pen at me, "We'll talk about it once I come back." I hang up and look at Hazel, "Why did you throw a pen at me?" She glares at me, "Why do you want to attend the fight?! Did you not just watch the video?!"

I sit down and look up at her, "Yes, I actually watched it more than twenty times." She hits me on the head, "And you still want to attend the fight! Their opponents were coughing up blood! Blood!" I look at her and see a worry expression on her face.

I show her a half smile, "Are you worry about me?" I stand up and she steps back, "We're not in middle school no more, so I'm going to say yes I'm worried about you. I'm also worried about Owen, I don't want y'all to end up in the hospital." She leans against the wall and I stand in front of her, "That's not going to happen."

"You don't know that, please don't attend this fight." I shrug my shoulders, "What else can I do? Who else do you know will fight someone with a reputation like that?" She crosses her arms and groans, "I don't know, but I don't want you and Owen to attend that fight. You're going to end up like all those other people they went against."

I show her a small smile, "I promise me and Owen won't end up like that." She shakes her head and I grab her by her chin and make her look up at me, "You can't keep promises, so don't promise me anything."

"Well, I'm going to promise you anyway. I promise that me and Owen will not end up in the hospital." I kiss her forehead and her eyes widen. I walk out of her office and head back to Underground.

I didn't mean to kiss her on the forehead. I hope she doesn't push me away because of that.
