Ariana and I walked out of Avengers Tower and towards the Café.

"Are you sure you want me to be there?" Ariana asked.

"Yeah, I mean why wouldn't I," I replied.

"I don't know. Well, maybe because I thought since you told him that you liked him that you would want alone time with him. He obviously wants some with you. He's gonna be pissed when he sees me," She said.

"I don't care. This isn't like an official date or anything," I said.

"I think he wanted it to be one though and I don't feel like it's right for me to be there," Ariana said.

"If he really wanted it to be an official date then he should've asked me himself. That would've been proper. And he should've planned it out more," I said.

"Wow. I didn't think you were one to care about those things," She said.

"Well, I do. Sue me," I replied.

We had finally arrived at the Café. We both enter and immediately see Jace waiting for at a booth near the door.

He smiled when he saw us. We walked over to him and both of us sat across from him.

"Hey," he said. "Hey," Ariana and I replied simultaneously.

"Ariana? I thought you had somewhere else to be?" Jace asked.

"I had to cancel it. I'm sorry for coming, This one right here just kept bugging me so I finally agreed," I said.

"You're making me sound really annoying," I said.

"That's because you are," Ariana replied.

"And your not?"

"I know I am,"

"No lie there," Jace said jumping into the conversation.

"And, don't apologize. There's no reason for it. It's okay. We're happy that your here," He said.

Ariana smiled.

Jace looked at me, "So, what have you been up to for the past week," He asked.

"Nothing much.  Just been...you know...sketching," I replied.

"Oh. What caused you to go MIA like that?" Jace asked.

"My uncle. It makes me so agitated just thinking about him so can we not speak about that?" I responded.

"Are you guys hungry? I didn't order yet so if you guys are hungry, I can go get it for you," Jace said.

"No thank you. I'm not really hungry," I said and he looked over at Ariana.

"Are you paying?"

"I don't have a lot of cash on me,"

"Then I'll take a water please," She said.

With that, Jace got up and walked over towards the cashier.

"I know you don't want to talk about your uncle but you have to eventually. It's not good to keep all this emotion bottled up inside. You have to vent to someone," Ariana said.

"I did vent about how I felt to someone...Him. And it just went through one ear and out the other," I replied.

Ariana sighed.

"He never listens to me. So I'm done with him, Ari. Now can we please discuss something else," I continued.

"You can't just put him aside like that," She said.
