"Alice?" Something struck me from behind, and I fell unconscious.

The memories hit me again.

"Wait. Why don't we get to know each other before plastering all of our blood on the walls, huh?" I asked Deagen and Alex.

"I don't discuss things with Voidriders. Must be your first day on the job," Deagen said, saying the word Voidriders with a sharp tone.

"Voidriders?" Alex responded.

"Wait. You guys aren't Voidriders?" He asked.

"No. What the crap are Voidriders?" I questioned him.

"Oh. You guys are actually serious. Voidriders are what they call the new task force here in Harrisburg. They were set up a few months ago. They've been preparing for an attack on the government for awhile, so there could be a new country. I've been taking them out one by one with my own crew," Deagen replied.

"What crew?" Alex was extremely curious.

"We were just a small team of eight. They had thousands. My crew was called 'the Sikarios'. That means assassins in Greek by the way. Anyways, in total we've assassinated about seven hundred of them. I, myself, have killed ninety-five of those ugly pricks. Killed at least twenty of them with a frickin' spoon. Dumb idiots," he said as he started putting his gun and knife back into their original spot. Alex did the same.

"What happened to your men?" Alex asked him.

"Got split up about a week ago. I found them all dead at our rendezvous point last night."

"Where was that?" Alex wanted to know.

"Here."

"So that's what that stench was," I grimaced.

"Wanna see them?" Deagen seriously asked.

"Uh, no thanks. I'm good," I said while violently shaking my head.

"Alright then."

We heard a bang come from the front door. Deagen put a finger to his lips to tell us to be quiet. Bullets started firing from the windows on the first floor.

"Well, fuck. I spent a lot of money on those windows. I knew I should've made 'em bulletproof," Deagen said sarcastically.

Screams erupted from downstairs. Gunshots were ringing out everywhere.

"Alice. Fletcher," I muttered under my breath. I had no weapon to defend myself with.

"Here. Take this, Flake," Alex said to me. He whipped out his katana from his sheath and handed it over to me.

"But, this is your sword," I replied.

"It's my favorite one, yes. Although, I have others," he said as he pulled out a brand new silver Japanese sword. The thing looked ancient. He never did tell me where he got it from.

"Thank you," I told Alex. I grabbed the sword and ran straight downstairs. There were men in red helmets with cameras strapped to their helmets. They carried extremely powerful M16s. I remembered my training with Alex and peered at my new sword. It was so cool. Running up from behind three Voidriders, I slit all of their throats in less than a couple of seconds. It was so quick. My instincts did that. I have no idea how that was possible for me to do, but at least I know I can do it. I continued to slice down five other men before they finally noticed me behind them. I ducked under a table hearing Alice's voice yelling for me.

They turned to shoot at me, but Deagen came out of nowhere. He started counting how many he killed.

"Ninety-six. Ninety-seven. Ninety-eight. Ninety-nine. One hundred," Deagen muttered as he brutally slaughtered the men. They dropped in less than a second. All of the Voidriders that were attacking us were dead. Harrisburg was gone. And then, zombies started pouring into the building.

I woke up to the sound of beeping.

"Ugh. Why can't I turn off my alarm?" I asked myself. An older lady, I'd say around forty-ish dressed in a black suit walked over to me.

"You're in a hospital," she said.

"Wait. What? Where?" I questioned her.

"Well, you must be the new Fallen. You're in the nice city of New York; back before Doomsday. Only the Fallens get visions like these. I'm sure of it. Although, you must prove that you're worthy enough to become a Fallen. We'll explain after you finish proving yourself worthy about what a 'Fallen' is," she said with a smile as she walked away.

"Good luck. You'll need it." She didn't even turn her head back to look at me as she said that. She opened a door and walked out.
