In a desperate bid to entice the boys into the sunlight, Christine has, somehow, convinced them to go to the beach with her on a scorching day. But not all of them are so eager...
Merik: You have got to be kidding me.
Kerik: It's not happening.
Gerik: I really don't like this idea of yours, Christine.
Lerik: The Beach in Summer,
O, thy shining beauty,
Thy azure waters where the swimmers
Doth bathe.
Where-Kerik: Shut it, Shakespeare.
Cherik: *wanders along with his bucket and spade, smiling all over*
*ducks down and starts shovelling sand into the bucket*
Christine! Look! Come and make a sandcastle with me!
Lerik: Where doth thy
shimmering waves begin?
Can thy gulls fly nowhere?
O, hark!
The fish and the chips,
Smothered with thick curry sauce and-*shrieks as Kerik tips Cherik's bucket over his head*

Half an hour later, and things haven't progressed a whole lot.
Kerik: *sitting in the shade of the beach wall with Lerik, about as far out of the sun as they can possibly get*
Lerik: *still brushing sand out of his skin and hair*
Some people-
*sand rains down*
Have no appreciation-
Kerik: *leans away from the avalanches of sand*
Lerik: -for the classic arts!
Kerik: You deserved it.
Lerik: I did NOT!
Christine: *sunbathing in her bikini a little way away*
*doesn't even look up*
Boys!

Cherik: *runs down to the water's edge with an inflatable dinosaur around his waist*
The sea! The sea!
*passes Gerik as he runs off*
*skids in the wet sand and looks back at his friend*
Gerik: *is flexing his arms for a group of Phangirls (you know who you are) and is, quite visibly, enjoying every moment of the attention*
Calm yourselves, ladies, calm yourselves! There's enough to go around, I promise!
*doesn't spot Cherik sneaking up on him*
