(quick little authors note, I have tried to as much research as I could with this topic. I myself don't have ADHD but a lot of my family and friends do, I also did my own outside research but I'm not an expert, if I get something wrong please forgive me, now onto this thing)
This has little to do with diakko, It's more of a General headcanon, also I headcanon that akko has 3 older siblings (2 brothers and 1 sister)
Alright so what if akko had ADHD, like can you just imagine
-Diana feeling like a total dick because she would often think things like "why can't she just sit still" or "could she at least try to pay attention" before she knew akko had ADHD and realizing that it's not that easy for her
-good girlfriend mode activated. Diana is the one who mostly reminds akko to take her meds
-Amanda also has ADHD so she completely understands what akko has to deal with, though in Amanda's case it's much Less severe than akkos
-lotte, sucy, Diana, and Chariot do as much research on ADHD as possible so they can help akko
-akko stims by popping her knuckles and walking around, she's gotten in trouble for getting up in class a few times
-she was diagnosed with ADHD when she was around 6 or 7 and didn't fully understand what it was until she was around 10
-akkos siblings were already over protective of akko, since she's the baby of the family, but once people started bullying her for having ADHD they became 10x more overprotective of her
-akko likes to make fun of herself and of her ADHD in a way, it's sorta like a coping mechanism
-her ADHD affects her memory so she forgets stuff a lot
