Queenson pushed the door closed behind him, sighing softly. Alyssa looked over.
"Well?" she asked, a little nervous.
"I doubt it's him." Queenson shook his head briefly. "He's nervous, yeah, but he doesn't strike me as the killing type."
"Then do we have anything?" she asked, exasperated.
"The nurse lost his card in the gap between going to get the doc's coffee and coming back, which is also when he lost his access card. He has an arm aug, sure, but it's nothing major - importantly, he doesn't have anything long enough within it to act as the blade." he brought the tablet up and summoned a 3D blueprint of the arm in question. It had a couple of interesting details, but true to Queenson's word, it didn't have anything sharp within it.
"So... the guy who did this has a criminal arm?"
"And decent pickpocketing and hacking skills. This guy's got something to prove, and wants us to find him... but why?" he frowned, scratching his chin. "We still need a lead, there's something we're missing..." he grew quiet as he thought. Alyssa pondered too, but soon shook her head.
"I'm too tired to think about it, sir. Permission to get a coffee?"
"Get me one too. And keep a hold on your security chip." he grinned softly. She chuckled too.
"Will be." she tapped her palm with her finger, indicating the chip within it. She turned and walked off, hypnotising him briefly as she went. He wouldn't say it aloud, but he enjoyed her presence... hell, he had to admit it, she was hot. He shook himself, gritting his teeth. Professionalism while on the case. He looked at the door, pondering about the nurse. Somebody had definitely taken his card, but the doctor's office wasn't locked. Cutting the power didn't make sense, either, the footage would have shown that happening until the power switch itself. His eyes widened as he realised; the only way the footage could have been edited for so long was access to it beforehand. Someone working at Geoco was in on this. He marched off suddenly, taking the returning Alyssa by surprise. "Sir?"
"Forget the coffee for now, give it to the kid. I'm gonna have a quick chat with somebody."
"Uh... yes, sir..." Alyssa blinked, a little confused, but let him leave.
