Well, here we are again, in May! What to write about this time, what to share with the people...

Well, I'm making good progress in my careful editing of A Dot in the Abyss. An author was able to make notes for half of it and I've done that, but it's just a question of going through the rest solo, to see what needs to be done yet. Another author who's in a similar position to me advises I use Grammarly; as against it as I was, believing it to be nothing but a crutch for writers, I suppose if he advises it, it can't be too bad. It's already caught me once (in that I went "it it"). I'm hoping to get it out before June ends, but we'll see how it goes. Anybody reading this, how much would you pay to see A Dot in the Abyss prettied up, possibly with pictures? That'd be pretty cool, right?

Speaking of June, I've been thinking about what to write next, but I haven't reached a conclusion yet. I asked about this a few days back and the only feedback I've had so far is from Dad, who recommends I flesh out the Unlikely Allies one. However, I'm more inclined to do something like Alraune Garden or something else in the Battle of Yvetna Forest world. Prank would be fun to play with, too... there's too many choices. I guess that's why I haven't made an actual choice yet. Anybody got any input?

Okay, real-world stuff. I'm pretty typical, really; volunteering's going strong, Mencap's helping out by getting me in touch with people, the video game group I help out at is back in the library now it's refurbished... life is as life shall. Nothing else to report, really.

On that note, then, I'm going to sign off early. Yes, I know, this is only 311 words at time of writing that number, but I've been thinking about what to write - for about as long as the amount of time spent writing, it seems. Thanks again for reading- oh, wait, one thing I forgot to mention. This is post #151! This is the Mew of writing posts! Well, 150 if you discount May 12, where I just let myself lose in the fight against my depression. C'est la vie, I suppose. Still doing really well, methinks! Thanks again, and here's hoping you enjoy what's to follow.
