Chapter THIRTY-SIX

I skipped through the park, in my hand was a packet of s'mores, the birds were chirping happily and Nappy was munching "Gracefully" on her beloved marshmallows when suddenly, a honk of a car resounded. I looked behind me and found.. the family driver.

"Miss _(Your Name)! We have been worried sick. You almost missed your photoshoots today.." I whipped out my phone..

"I have photoshoots today?! How come I didn't know?!" There was nothing scheduled today! That's for sure.. he looked down into his phone, probably to check my schedule..

"Umm.. Mrs. _(Last Name) was the one who set the photoshoots. It's for the cover of a teen magazine and for posters of the upcoming fashion week." my eyebrow twitched in annoyance.. how come nobody told me?!

"I understand.. let's go" I tried to keep my cool and entered the car. I was now in a fowl mood. Sighing, I looked out of the window. Children were playing outside bringing a small smile to my face.. I wish I could be as free as them.. I truly wish I could.

"Don't be sad _(Your Name)! Look on the bright side.. you wouldn't have to walk home and tire yourself" I giggled

"I'd guess so Nappy" she replied with a giggle while I sighed.. what'd I do without Nappy. I smiled to myself..

The sun was nowhere to be seen and clouds littered the sky.. the photographer groaned in annoyance as he turned towards his assistants he shouted into their faces for not checking today's weather update.. I didn't mind though.. rain is beautiful.

"Miss _(Your Name).. I am afraid, we do not have the luxury of the sun as of right now.. would you mind if we were to move the the stadio?" I shrugged, giving his crew a smile

"We do not have much of a choice do we? Lead the way!" He grumbled something under his breath and smiled at me. He took me by my hand and was leading the way when my hand was pulled away by another.. my eyes lit up

"Hey _(Your Name)!" I grinned throwing myself towards the boy..

"Nate! You're back! Since when?" He returned the hug, and even patted my back gently as he ran his fingers through my hair..

"Last night.. I rushed over to see you.." I giggled. We both walked side-by-side while tailing behind the photographers "I'm going to have to leave again tomorrow so Let's spend today wisely.." I giggled holding onto his arm as I replied..

"We should! But of course, I still have to finish my photoshoots" he chuckled, ruffling my hair

"I see Agreste isn't flocking around you.." I raised a brow

"Of course he isn't.. I mean why would he?" I uttered sadly.. it's not like the feelings I have for him is mutual or anything. He probably likes somebody else from school.. Julleka, Rose and maybe even Chloe.. I feel guilty having him stick with me just because of popularity issues from before..

"You're such a kid.. so innocent" I pouted

"I'm not a kid dummy! I'm only 7 months younger than you!" He laughed..

"Okay small fry.. how about this.. after your photoshoot how about, I take you someplace?" My face lit up. Finally something to look forward to today

"She's not going anywhere with you.. John Nathan" I looked back to see Adrien with Gorilla behind him. I offered him a smile but he didn't return it.. instead he answered with a scowl directed towards Nate. Uh-oh.. here we go again..

"Oh.. I see you're still with _(Your Name).. I didn't know she had another bodyguard.." he stated giving Adrien a cold stare one that he gladly returned, I groaned.. they are getting out of hand.. as usual. As Adrien drew near, his hand grasped my shoulder pulling me to him..

"Indeed she does.. so stay clear" Nate fumed silently as he followed behind Adrien and I. I elbowed him lightly

"You're not acting like your usual self.. what up?" He sighed.

"It's nothing.." He spared me a smile.. I tugged onto his ear making him since in pain..

"I don't like it when people lie to me.. and we aren't exactly supposed to be keeping things from each other! Don't you trust me?" He scratched his nape. He was avoiding eye contact..

"It's just that.. I'm confused.. I guess.." that makes you and me both.. I slipped my arm around his waist and patted his back.. quite harshly

"Well.. I'm always going to be here for you.. remember that okay Agreste?" He glared at me jokingly..

"Hey! You're hurting me far too much! I never thought you're like this when we first started dating!" He stated playfully as the staffs around the building whipped their phones out trying to get the latest gossips about two teens bickering and is apparently in a relationship..

"Aww.. I'm sorry Adriekins.. want me to kiss the boo-boos away?" I mocked, pouting my lips for more effects..

"I guess you could.. If you insist.." he smirked, winking at me. I raised a brow playfully giving him a playful grin..

"Really now? Where does it hurt then?" He crossed his arms, and pointed at his ear..

"Right here.." giggling, I pulled him by his collar and drew closer towards his ear.. I whispered..

"Here?" He nodded. I blew air into it lightly and I felt him shiver. I bit the shell of his ear and he yelled making me burst into hard laughter. "You should've seen your face" he glared playfully again and tackled me onto the floor. He then started tickling me, making me burst into fit of giggles, I heard Nate click his tongue before clearing his throat..

"Alright.. break it up you two! You seem to have forgotten where you are.." we laughed nervously as we looked around.. staffs and the photographers were gathered around us with their cameras pointed at us.. some even flickered.. how come we didn't notice this large crowd forming?!

"Erm.. hi?"
