A group of hunters circle me, along with Gabe. They watch as I struggle to open my eyes, calling out for aid. Knowing they wouldn't help me.
Gabe didn't even give me time to get up before he began questioning me.
"So, Nolan what are you? Huh? What kind of creature are you? What kind of creature do you take the shape of at night?" I shake my head, and mumble.
"What are you fuckinging talking about." I try to let anger breathe through my words, but only sadness and tears fall down my cheeks.
"We should just kill him right now." A hunter calls out. Gabe turns to him, and for a moment feels threatened by the hunter. But, he quickly shakes it off, and huffs.
"No, Monroes has to know what he is." Gabe says to them, and they agree-thankfully. He looks down at me, before kicking me in my stomach.
I cry out, before spitting blood onto the floor.
I hand't realized until; now, but I was in a morgue.....

"Let's try this again-" He prepares to invite other hunters in, but I confess.
"Okay-Okay, listen Gabe. Y-You know me....We've been friends since middle school." I say to him, but he looks down.
"I'm not supernatural." I say to him, and he sighs.
"Then why did you fail the test?" He asks, which intrigues the hunters.
"What test?" I ask Gabe. He chuckles.
"Come on Nolan, with mistletoe? The night people said they saw you wandering the streets. Sleep walking." He says, and I get enough strength to get up, and grab him with anger.
"What did you fucking do-" I prepare to say more, but he sends a hard blow to my left cheek, sending me right back to the floor.
"It was mistletoe." He says, and I sink back to the floor, weak.
"The exact same thing that's in you right now." He says, and I tense.
I send a bunch of denials his way-even though they were truths to me. I was trying to convince everyone in the room. But, these "lies" sent even more blows to the face. When they get tired, I get tossed back against the morgue freezers.
"I'm not showing anything, but symptoms of a kid who's getting the shit kicked out of him." I say, and the hunters laugh, and agree.
"No kidding." says a hunter, and laughs follow.
An anger Gabe's about to go for another punch, when a hunter interrupts him.
"We got to go." They say before grabbing Gabes hand. He gets angered and huffs, asking "why".
"S-Scott's pack. They're at the school....They're at the school....all of them." A hunter says, and I sigh with relief. Gabe turns to me, giving me odd stares.
"Okay, I'll be down in 5 minutes....I'm not done with Nolan." He says.
All of the hunters leave, and now it's just me and Gabe.
And as soon as they leave, it happens.
My nose bleeds....black blood.

"They weren't patience.....I fucking told them." Gabe says, before rushing over to me. I'm weak, too weak to even speak.
I try to move my hands in front of my face, but his punches are too strong. I'm fading.....life's being drained from me.
But then, there's a voice.....a girl. Lydia. She tells me to roar. SHE TELLS ME TO ROAR!
So, I grab Gabe's fist, and stand up. I'm beating him, I'm getting up, I'm not weak. And I.....roar.
"What the fuck are you doing?" Asks a now furious Gabe.
The roar doesn't work, and only gets me more injured. When he's done with me, he throws me against the freezers again, chuckling.
"I guess you really are human-quite dumb....maybe supernatural genes....but you're just a puny, weak, and useless human...who let their "girlfriend" die." He says.
"We'll be back here...And if I see you again Nolan, I'll kill you." He prepares to leave, but I get up and call after him.
"Where is she?" I ask, forcing my bruised body off the ground. He smiles, before sighing.
"As promised." He says before turning away. He stands there as I open a morgue-freezer, and there I see.....

Gabe laughs, preparing to leave, but I say something else to him before he goes.
"This genocide will be the death of you." I say. He stops walking before turning to me, with a smirk.
