Into the thick of it (part2)

"So now what are you just gonna kill me now" GV said. "Well yeah that's pretty much the plan we can't have the adept hunter and the azure striker getting in the way of eclipse. Now please stay still while I end you" Yuna said pointing her rifle at Gunvolts head but before she could pull the trigger copen shot the gun out of her hand and shot at Gunvolt blasting the vines off of him.

"You should ensure your targets are dead before you start ignoring them" Copen said standing with Lola by his side. "well I guess I had this coming I should've known better than to underestimate the adept hunter who helped in destroying eden. Shortly after she then disappeared. "Huh where did she go?" Gunvolt asked. "She's just above us" Lola said pointing at a balcony above them.

"You too have proven to be quite the nuisance so I'm just going to end this as fast as possible" as she finished her sentience she held her rifle upwards a surge of septima was released as she began her desperation move.

Silent But deadly......

SILENT HUNTER!

As she said that Yuna began to turn invisible completely hiding herself from both Gunvolt and Copen.

"Crap she's made herself invisible!?" Gunvolt asked
Yup she replied but as she did he felt a sharp pain on his leg. "Gah where did that come from?" He said holding onto his leg in pain.

"Oh by the way this also makes my bullets invisible as well now I've got you both were I need you and I can just end you both in a flash.

Copen then rushed to the adepts side "Lola administer first aid immediately." He said and at the request Lola began healing Gunvolt's leg.

"Thanks Lola." Gunvolt said by pulling out his tagger as he stood up now back to back from Copen. "Do you see anything Lola?" He asked.

"Yes I can sense were she is but she's moving to quickly to pinpoint" after thinking for a bit she came up with an idea " um Copen I'm going to use the song it should be able to enhance your abilities so you can see her." She said

"Right then I understand go for it" copen said

As he did Lola began singing and as she sung copen's A.S drive reacted to her song giving his gear and senses the boost they need to track the Invisible adept.

As he saw her taking aim he quickly shot at her direction catching her off guard.

"I've got you now!" Copen said rocketing towards Yuna catching her off guard and knocking her over.
"But how you shouldn't be able to see me!?" She said.

"Like I need to tell you now get ready to meet your end adept!" Copen said sternly only to noticing now that she was smiling. What are you smiling for you've already lost." He said

"Hah that's what you think you may be able to have me on the ropes but I wonder how your friend is doing" as Yuna said that a feeling of dread washes over him as he quickly turns to Gunvolt's position
Seeing another version of Yuna with her gun behind Gunvolt's back.

"GUNVOLT GET-!" But before he could finish his sentence Gunvolt quickly spun around and disarmed the invisible adept putting her in an arm lock quickly disabling her.

"COPEN NOW SHOOT HER THIS IS THE REAL ONE!" Gunvolt said.

Not wasting anytime copen aims his gun shooting her in the head causing her to glow and explode with septimal energy once the explosion ended her septima flowed into the s.sphere as it shattered into tiny fragments.

"Welp that takes care of that let's head back." Gunvolt said but just before he headed out to leave copen stopped him. "Um Gunvolt how did you see her without the song?" Copen asked.

"Oh well......" Gunvolt said thinking back a few mins earlier.

As he was watching copen run after the adept he was unaware that plants were opening up behind him revealing the real Yuna ready to take aim and shoot him. But before then it felt as if time had stopped.

"Gunvolt....." a gentle voice called out to him knowing who's voice it was he smiled a bit. "Yes Joule I'm here" as he said that she appeared in front of him in her muse form.

"I'm so glad I finally reached you." Joule said smiling softly at the azure striker.

"Not that I'm complaining but how did you get here?" Gunvolt asked. "Well to make the long story short I have the ability to leave my body so I can help you just like old times." She explained

"Oh speaking of which it seems like you can use my help more than ever right now." Joule said looking behind him noticing the invisible adept."I can give you that help if you'd like." She offered reaching her arm towards him.

"Yea it'd be just like old times." he said reaching his arm out to her and pulling her into a hug. "I missed this?" Gunvolt said "me too it's good to be back" she said as she did she sang her song giving Gunvolt his septimal boost with it he was able to move faster than Yuna could react Pinning her to the ground.

....

"Wait is mtytl here right now" as Copen asked his question she appeared behind Gunvolt " um hi Copen." She said somewhat shyly floating towards her big brother.

"So this is your muse form your septima correct?" Copen asked receiving a nod from his sister. " are you alright then?" He said.

"Yeah I'll be fine as long as I'm with GV in this form" Joule said. "Okay then Gunvolt she's in your hands please keep her safe." He asked petting her head.

"Of course she's in good hands." Gunvolt assured him.

"Ok now that we're done let's head home copen!" Lola said flying over to Joule to grab her hand and flys out of the base with Gunvolt and Copen in tow.
