Gunvolt pov

We brought Lola back to copens house for medical attention. As we brought her to copens lab i saw mytyl come towards me. "what's  going on what happened to Lola?"she said

"something happened to her during the mission copen is looking at her right now" I respond. "Ok then oh wile your here mind coming with me? I whant to talk with you some more"she asked "ok then" I replied as I followed her i turned to copens lab wondering what hes doing.

Copen pov

Im looking over Lola and checking her body for any abnormalities but so far she's ok there's just one difference. She has the body of a human sure she had the appearance to begin with when she achieved her muse form but it was mostly holographic. Now she has human tissue outside and within she also has a pulse.
After a while she regained conciseness as her eyes opened

"oh thank goodness" I said "hey boss what's going on are you okay?"she asked "I should be asking you the same thing" I said "you passed out when you took damage for me" "oh... well sorry for worrying you boss" she said sadly didn't know what to do so I pet her on her head. "Don't worry about it you were only trying to help" I said "so thank you"."don't worry about it boss" she said "but i do have a question" "ok then shoot" i replied.

Why am I hooked up to a heart monitor?..........

Gunvolt pov

As I followed mytyl it looked like we were heading to her room as she opened the door we both entered she then took a seat on her bed then invited me to sit beside her. "hey GV can I ask a few questions" she asked "sure ask away"

"What do you think of my brother?" She asked

"On a scale of 1 to 10 a very low 6" I replied.causing her to giggle a little i guess shes surprised that i still hold some respect for the adept hunter.

"Is it hard doing what you do" she asked.

"As long as people like you are safe I don't mind doing what I do". After saying that I noticed joule blushing causing me to blush in turn. "Well do you have anymore questions to ask me" I said  not wanting to make this anymore awkward.

"Do you think copen cares about me ? "

"Yea of course he would your his sister after all what brother wouldn't want to protect his sister".

After that joule gave me a warm smile "thank you gv" "no problem" I said.

"So do you want to go see your brother now" I asked

"Sure" joule replied

Copen pov

I finished the last of the test on lola as I unhooked her from the machine Lola looked a bit concerned about something I was about to ask her about to ask her about it until her result's came in wh one look and i froze.

Lola noticed my frozen expression and wondered what was wong "hey boss is everything alright?" she said I only stood in place shocked at my discovery.

After a while I noticed her look over my shoulder and she was also shocked at the result's.

She had become an adept just like mytyl.

Upon looking at this Lola fell over and started crying this suprised me because Lola never crys unless it was me in pain. (she couldn't really cry but she could accurately mimic the emotion to show she cares. this was further enhanced when she achieved her muse form for the first time)

Out of concern I tried to ask her what was wrong she screamed "PLEASE DON'T THROW ME AWAY". This outburst caught me of guard

"why would I do that" i said "because im an adept now dont you hate adepts?" this was just like the conversation i had when i was with mytyl. I was being  torn between my priorities and my family. as much as I hated it I must change my ways and follow gunvolts example. I sat down next to lola and hugged her "don't worry i won't throw you away" I then parted from her enough to see her face."do you promise boss" she said "yes i promise under one condition" I said."Ok what is it" she asked. "Will you stop calling me boss your not my underling or my servant"I said.

she is a living breathing person now and it's time i started treating her like one.

"Ok then bo- I mean Copen" she said blushing from her mistake making me laugh a bit "ok let's go find mytyl" I said knowing she's probably with gunvolt "ok then" she said.

Wow this took a while to get out guys sorry please tell me how this is going so I can produce more.

This chapter mainly focuses on on developing the main cast and will be establising points that will be mentioned again in the next chapter until then see you on the next chapter.
