I reviewed the anime she's from, and it's also on the DeviantART. I didn't really like Tsugumi all that much, but I could relate to her if only a little bit. Basically Tsugumi doesn't think she's good at anything and praises her friends thinking they're far superior to her in every way. I can relate to that. She just doesn't have much confidence in herself, and that's pretty much how I am. So, I decided to add her to the list.
