•Chapter 4• First Impressions

You were happy to finally see another human being after what felt like an eternity. "It's nice to meet you, Hoseok." He gives me a toothy smile. "You as well." You let out a relieved sigh and lean against the wall. "I'm really sorry about the glass shattering by the way." He chuckles. "Oh, don't worry about it. It was just a mug. We have like 500 more." You smirk at his remark. Quite a few mugs for such a small amount of men.

"So, you're the only normal one around here?" You turn your attention toward him. His happy expression changes to a sad one. "Depends on what you mean by 'normal'." He speaks lowly. You regret my choice of words. "Well I mean, you're like me, right? Like, you're a human?" He nods, keeping the same sad expression. He shifts uncomfortably in his stance. "I should probably go back to what I was doing. It was nice meeting you." He walks off down a long hallway and into another room. "Bye.." You say softly.

"He'll be back." You turn to see Tae smiling at you from the entrance of the dining room. He walks towards you and takes a seat at the large table. "He's too sweet to ignore someone like you." You scoff at Tae's remark. 'Someone like you'. "I'm just happy everyone's not a huge dick around here." Tae smiles and looks down at the floor. "You wouldn't be saying that if you met him." You shoot him a confused look. "Who?" You question. He smirks up at you and takes a breath before standing up and walking over to you. "Let's take a walk."

You and Tae begin walking and it's completely silent. He breaks the silence and speaks. "His name is Jungkook." You nod. "What's he like?" Tae smiles. "Well, he's a bit of an ass." You chuckle at him. "But deep down, I know he has a soft side. I've seen it before. And don't take this out of context, but he's pretty good-looking too." You smile at the words. 'Good-looking'. "Well I'd love to meet him." Tae raises a brow at you. "Yeah?" You nod. "I can take you to him if you'd like." You smile. "Sure."

Tae leads you through a long hallway and stops at the entrance to a certain room. You can faintly hear heavy rock music coming from inside. "Do you want me to come with you?" Tae asks. You think for a moment, then respond. "I think I'll be alright." You both smile and Tae walks back down the hallway.

You look back at the door and knock on it. The music inside stops and the door opens. You're met with a man dressed in all black and what looks to be a surgeon mask on, which is also black. His eyes light up at the sight of you and he pulls his mask down. Tae wasn't lying, he was handsome. "Are you..? Did Yoongi bring you here?" You nod and smile at him. His jaw immediately drops and his eyes enlarge even more. "Holy shit." You chuckle at his words.

"I was walking around to meet everyone so I thought I'd stop by. I'm Y/N." He grabs your hand and places a kiss on the top of it. "Jungkook. It certainly is a pleasure. Why don't you come in?" You smile and accept his offer. You take a few steps in, but immediately get pulled back by Tae. You look at him, surprised. He pulls you out into the hall way and faces Jungkook. "You're a bit early with this one, huh Kookie?" Tae says. Jungkook looks enraged. "Hyung! Why must you always ruin the fun? And don't call me that." Tae smirks and mocks Jungkook. "Don't call me that!" Jungkook rolls his eyes and slams his door shut. What the hell just happened? Tae smiles back at you. "I forgot to mention. Be careful around him. He can't really control himself. And in more ways than one."

Your mouth drops slightly as you realize what he was talking about. Jesus Christ, I hope they're not all like him. "They're not." Tae smiles and begins walking back down the hallway with you following close behind.

"Um, what happened back there.." You start. "Is he..always like that?" Tae shakes his head. "Not always. He rarely ever comes out of there during the day. It's his studio. You should be fine." You nod and notice that you're both stopped in the dining area. You turn to Tae. "Y/N..before Yoongi called you down, I needed to tell you something." You give him a confused look. "Just take my word with this and please, be careful around Yoongi." What? "I can't elaborate. Not here. You'll understand later."

You and Tae stand in silence for a while. He finally speaks up. "Let's go meet the others, shall we?" His delighted mood returns, making you smile. You nod and follow him up the original staircase you came down from. You stop at the door placed directly in the middle. Tae seems nervous. "Do you mind if I sit this one out as well? I'm not very fond of this one." You smile. "That's fine. Just look out for me again, will you?" He nods and walks back down the staircase.

You knock on the door slightly and hear a low groan. The door opens and you meet eyes with a bare chest. Oh my god... You look up at the man who is in complete embarrassment. "Oh, uh, I'm sorry. I wasn't expecting company. Excuse me." The man walks back into his room and throws a cut off on. His muscles can be seen without the sleeves to cover them. Damn, he's toned. The man chuckles. "Thanks. I don't even work out that much." You turn your head, flashing a shade of pink. You keep forgetting they can read minds.

The man walks back over to you with messy hair and squinted eyes. "So you're the newbie, huh?" You nod. "That's me." The man bites his lower lip and smiles. "The name's Jimin." You smile. "Y/N."
