•Chapter 13• Come Back Home

The door opens, revealing Jin seated on the couch, writing something down. He turns his head quickly and his eyes widen at the sight of you. "Y/N? Is that you?" You smile. "It's me, Jin. I'm home." He quickly gets up from the couch and hugs you gently. You hug him back, happy to be around your friends again. Jin pulls back from you and smiles. "What happened? I thought Joonie bit you." You shake your head. "It was just an illusion."

Jin nods his head as if this has happened before. "Well it's good to have you back. Yoongi's upstairs if you wanted to know." You nod at him. "Thanks, Jin." You walk past him and up the stairs. "Wait!" You quickly turn back to Jin. "Did..did Namjoon mention me at all while you were with him?" He seemed a bit eager. You shake your head. "Not that I can remember." Jin lowers his head a little. "Oh, okay. Thanks anyway."

You nod your head and continue up the stairs, eager to see Yoongi. You reach his door and knock lightly. "Go away. I want to be alone." You hear Yoongi muffle behind the door. You turn the knob and walk in. Yoongi grabs you and pins you against the door, choking you. "I said I wanted to be alone." You scratch at his hands, trying to break free. "Y-Yoongi. It's m-me. Let go."

Yoongi swiftly lets you go and backs away. "Y/N?" You catch your breath and look up at him. "It's me. I'm back." Yoongi looks away and sits back down on his bed. "That doesn't matter. You belong to Namjoon now." You smile slightly. "No, I don't. It wasn't a real bite."

Yoongi lifts his head and looks at you. "What do you mean?" You walk over to the bed and seat yourself next to him, taking his hand. "He didn't actually bite me. It was just an illusion. He projected an image of his fangs to make it seem like a bite."

Yoongi's eyes widen as he stands, bringing you up with him. "Really? It wasn't..it wasn't a real bite?" You shake your head. "I'm still yours, Yoongi." His face lights up as he picks you up effortlessly and twirls you around before setting you back down. You both begin to laugh and embrace each other. Yoongi pulls you into a passionate kiss, and you kiss back, never wanting to let go of him. He breaks the kiss and hugs you again. "I love you so much, Y/N." You smile into his neck. "I love you too, Yoongi."

You and Yoongi went downstairs and proceeded to tell everyone that you were back. Everyone except Jungkook. Yoongi didn't want to be around him after what happened. Afterwards, you and Yoongi spent the day together reading everything he had written while you were away, gaming, listening to music, and laughing. Before the two of you knew it, it was already early in the evening. The clocks all read 6:00 p.m.

You and Yoongi were battling with each other in a game called Hyrule Warriors. You had never heard of it, but you liked it. After finally beating the final boss, Jimin knocked on the door. "Come in." Yoongi said while taking a sip of a nearby water bottle. Jimin walked into the room and held up a letter. It was enclosed in a tan envelope with a crimson red seal. "Oh, right." Yoongi stood and took the letter from Jimin. "Thank you, Jimin." Jimin nodded and smiled at you as he left the room.

"What is it?" You asked as Yoongi tore open the sealed envelope. "It's just something all of us get once a month." Why does that sound familiar? Yoongi scans over the letter and soon, his expression turns to a worried one. You notice and decide to speak up. "What? What happened?" Yoongi looked at you, biting the inside of his cheek in anticipation. Suddenly, Jin barges into the room. "Meeting. Now." He proceeds to leave, leaving the door open for you to walk downstairs. Yoongi takes your hand and leads you downstairs. "Come on."

As you and Yoongi walk downstairs, you make your way to the dining room. Everyone is seated there and they all set their eyes on you as you walk in and take a seat at the table next to Yoongi and Hoseok. The entire table is silent. You scan the room and spot Jungkook sitting next to Tae, leaning his head on his shoulder. His gaze is focused on the table instead of on you. "So who's gonna tell her?" Jimin speaks out. Hoseok sighs and speaks. "We all should." Everyone nods in agreement. "Tell me what?" You ask as you shift in your chair, slightly uncomfortable.

Hoseok turns towards you with sympathetic eyes. "Y/N, we all know about your past with Adrien." Your breath hitches. You haven't heard that name in a while. "Everything he's done to you, well, it wasn't the best of things." Tae speaks up. "He really did hurt you a lot. Which, of course, makes him a bad person." Yoongi grabs your hand from under the table, clenching it tightly. He begins to speak. "Remember when I told you about the hunts we do every month?" Oh no. "Well, the person Namjoon chose for this hunt is Adrien."

You felt nothing. No sadness. No happiness. Nothing. But that changed quickly. You began to think of all the good memories you and Adrien had. Sure, most of the memories you had were bad ones, but there were still some good ones there. You began to tear up as you stood up and pushed your chair in. "Excuse me." You said as you left the dining room and walked upstairs to Yoongi's room.

"I should probably go talk to her." Yoongi stated as he stood up. "It's only gonna make her feel worse if you do." Jungkook interrupted. Yoongi froze, hearing Jungkook speak to him. "After what you did, you have no right to tell me what to do." Yoongi pushed his chair in rather forcefully and left the dining room. Jungkook lets out a sigh. "I regret everything." He whispers to Tae.

"You guys should let the tension die down. Yoongi's been through a lot." Jimin speaks out. "Yeah. You'd know, huh Jiminie?" Jin asks. Jimin blushes and hides his face. "Shut up, Jin. You'd know Namjoon pretty well, wouldn't you?" Jin immediately shuts his mouth and looks away. Hoseok can't help but laugh at everyone.

"Why are you laughing?" Jin asks. "It's just funny seeing all of you use your pasts against each other. I'm not a supernatural creature, but it seems like I'm the only one with common sense around here." Everyone scoffs at Hoseok. "We should probably figure out our strategy for tomorrow night." Tae speaks out. The others nod. "We can meet up with Namjoon in an hour or two. We still need to eat." Jin says.

You stared out of the window in Yoongi's room, watching the waves crash against each other and letting tears fall down your cheeks. You hear a slight knock before seeing Yoongi walk in the room. He walks up behind you and wraps his arms around you. "You alright?" He asks quietly. His soft and quiet voice soothed you a bit. "Yeah. Just thinking too much."

"Do you miss him?" Yoongi's voice stayed soft. "No, but..there are just memories I miss about him. About us." Yoongi leaned against the window with you, watching you. "I remember our first date." You chuckle lightly. "We met up at my house. It was raining slightly, so he lended his hoodie to me. From there, we walked up the road to a pizza place. It was small and we were the only people there. My parents had known the people who ran it, so they greeted me and made conversation with us. When our pizza was done, we ate most of it. I remember that the cheese would always fall off of his slices." You smile to yourself, seeing Yoongi smile slightly. "After we finished, he walked me home and our hands were locked together. When we got to my house, I decided to walk him home first. The walk was a bit long, but it was one of the best moments in my life. When we reached his house, he gave me my first kiss. Well, sort of. He kissed me on the cheek, but it still felt special to me."

You smile to yourself, remembering these happy and joyful memories. "But he did hurt me. So much." You turn to Yoongi, who is staring out the window now. "Yoongi.." You take his hand. He looks over at you. "When you go after him, just do me one favor?" He nods. "Of course. What is it?" You sigh. "Just ask him about me. To see if he really cared." You smile. "I will, Love. I promise."
