•Chapter 5• Final Greetings

"Who is it?" You hear another voice call out. Jimin turns around and you look inside to see another man in Jimin's room. The man walks over to the two of you and stops when he sees you. He shoots Jimin a surprised look. "Is she..?" Jimin nods at the man. They both look back at you. The man bows at you. "It's very nice to meet you. I'm Jin. You must be with Yoongi, right?" You smile and nod. "Yeah, that's me. My name's Y/N." Jin smiles at you. His smile is true and serene.

Jin excuses himself and you're left with Jimin. "So did you meet the little pervert yet?" You laugh, remembering your situation with Jungkook. "Yeah. I did." Jimin laughs and shakes his head at the floor. "He tried something too, didn't he?" You nod, still smiling. "Yeah, he's like that a lot. Just watch your back." You nod once more, not knowing what to say.

Jimin suddenly looks around, almost looking nervous. "Did you meet the, uh, the leader yet?" Leader? "I'm not sure. I've met Yoongi, Taehyung, Hoseok, Jungkook, Jin, and you." He sighs, seeming to be relieved. "Good. Then you haven't yet." You became nervous all of a sudden. Who's the leader? What's wrong with him? "There's nothing wrong with him, he's just not very fond of company."

You wanted to know more. More about this leader, but before you could ask anything, Yoongi called for you from downstairs. Both you and Jimin walk downstairs and see Yoongi waiting for you. He was smiling, but that quickly faded when he saw Jimin. He turns his head slightly. "Jimin." Jimin smirks and scoffs before walking towards the the dining room.

Both you and Yoongi watch Jimin walk off. "Is everything alright? You two seemed a little tense." Yoongi darts his eyes at you and slightly smiles. "Yeah. We're fine. Anyway, I called you down here for something. You mind taking a walk with me?" He gestures to the front door. "Of course not." You smile and walk out into the crisp air. The scent of saltwater hits you and a light breeze blows your hair back. You look over at Yoongi, who is brushing his bangs to the side of his head. He smiles at you and you both begin walking.

"So I wanted to talk to you about something." Yoongi says with a low voice. "What is it?" He takes a deep breath and sits at the edge of a cliff off to the side of the island. He looks at you and pats the ground, signaling you to sit next to him. "There's another guy you haven't met yet, but I want you to be careful around him." You dart your head back to him. "Jimin was telling me about him. He said something about a leader." Yoongi sighs and lays his head back on the grass. "Yeah. The leader." He lets out another sigh. "You weren't supposed to know about him being a leader." You look at him with concern.

Yoongi sits back up and faces you. He grabs your shoulders and turns you to face him. "Listen, what I'm about to tell you..it's not something you'll be comfortable knowing. I know that for a fact. But promise me that you'll hear me out?" You nod slowly at him, scared as to what he's talking about. He takes a deep breath and speaks. "The others and I..we're not human. You know that. Our bodies..they can't function like a human's. We need extra 'support'. So, once a month, we all gather at 'the leader's' house. He doesn't live with us. And when we're all present, we hunt."

Your breath hitches. You knew exactly where this was going. "We go out and hunt..people. And I know, that sounds like something horrible. But we only hunt the people that do harm to others. Like your old boyfriend." You can feel your heart skip a beat. Tears start to form in your eyes and you try to hold them back. Yoongi looks at you, seeming upset. "I was going to wait to tell you this. You shouldn't have found out so early. I'm sorry. I completely understand if you want me to take you back home." He turns away from you, hanging his head. You didn't want to leave him. He seemed like a nice guy. So did his friends. But you didn't feel safe going back to Adrien. Although, knowing what happens with these boys doesn't make you feel safe here either.

You blink and feel a tear run down your cheek. You lean over to Yoongi and take his hand. He faces you again. You pull him into a hug and immediately break down into his arms. He hugs you tightly, not wanting to let go. "You know what would happen to me if I went back." You can't hold back your tears. "I know. I don't want you to get hurt." You hug him tighter. "I don't know what to do." He pulls away and smiles at you. He lifts your chin up so that you're looking into his eyes and wipes your tears away.

"Stay."
