Chapter 45

Finn awoke super early as it was his wedding day, he bounced up and looked at his watch... it was just past 7. He went into pucks living room and saw him actually up and looking fresh

"Who are you and where is puckerman?" Finn questioned to his friend

"Well it's my best friends wedding, of course I'm going to be sparkling fresh" puck said and sat on his couch and turned on the tv

Finn chuckled and poured some coffee, he wondered if Rachel was up. He wanted to call her but puck said he had to loose all contact with her until they were up on the alter

He just shrugged it off and sat beside him

A couple hours later

Finn had his wedding suit on and looked so gorgeous and handsome, it would make your knees buckle at the sight of this big cutie

He told puck to make his way to Rachel's and they could leave together whilst he sorted His mother for the huge surprise

Puck left in a taxi and gave finn his car to drive to Carole's

He pulled up and his heart immediately started to beat a million times a millisecond. The wedding was creeping closer and closer

He honked the horn and out came his mother in a gorgeous white silk dress, with matching heels and hat

He came out and helped his mother into his car, this was perfect for her

It was as much his and Rachel's day as it was hers

"Oh son you look amazing, this restaurant must be really posh" Carole smiled as she put on her seat belt

He smiled And said how beautiful she looked

"Mom I don't want you peeking at This place so... here's a blindfold" he said and watched her put it on without any hesitation or moaning

He turned the car around and proceeded to go the chapel where In just a couple of minutes would see the love of his life in her beautiful dress

He couldn't wait to see Carole's face

He pulled up and breathed, she hadn't took the blindfold off yet, he wanted to wait until the ceremony was about to start

She went in and everyone was told to be quiet as Carole sat down still with the blindfold on

He told her to take it off when he told her so

He ran to the alter and nodded to everyone

Music started playing and Carole just thought that was the music in the background

Rachel was about to be given away by her fathers on each side of her. They heard the music and began walking

As she got to the doors, she heard finn saying to his mother

"Take off your blindfold"

Carole done so and was confused as to where she was, the music was still softly playing and out came Rachel with her two dads and began walking down the isle but stopped when she got to Carole, this wasn't planned

She kissed her cheek and hugged her

The bridesmaids had already entered and went to the other side of the alter

She reattached to her fathers and went up the isle until she got to finn

Her fathers kissed her cheek and nodded to finn

The ceremony had started and finn couldn't have been more happy and terrified

Skip to the vows coz I'm a lazy cow

"Finn you may say your vows" the priest said

Finn breathed

"Well me and Rachel met under very unusual circumstances, I was in a deep state of depression and thought I had lost every sight of hope but then somebody gave me the encounter of my beautiful babygirl, it was hard for me to love anyone at that time and I thought I had lost it forever but then she came along and pulled me upwards and loved me... I love you rach and I never want to let you go at any time. I want to spend eternity with you and even when we are ghosts, we can haunt together"
He said and received a chuckle from the crowd

Now it was her turn and she was sure she was going to fall into a puddle of tears but tried anyway

"Finn, I knew from the minute we met that me and you were going to have have some sort of future with together...if that was romantically or just friends or two people that hated each other, I knew that something was going to happen.... as you've said it was a little bumpy at the start but under that mask that you wore back then I saw what most people wouldn't... I saw a loving man that had a rocky start to life and I'm so glad that I've helped you change it... I love you and I would gladly haunt with you" She laughed

And yet again the crowd chuckled

They looked into each other eyes with pure happiness and love because they knew what the next line was

"By the power invested in me... I now pronounce you husband and wife"

Finn did not hesitate to smash his lips on hers and lifted her off of the ground a little

When they pulled away all they could hear was claps and 'aww's from their loved ones

They held onto each other as they walked down the isle as mr and mrs Hudson

When they got to Carole finn hugged her tightly and laughed

"You got your wish mom" he said and smiled

She was crying and laughing

She was feeling is many emotions at the moment

Puck was taking Carole in his car with San, to the reception after it

They got into the limo that was taking them to the reception

"I love you mrs Hudson" he smiled into the kiss

"I love you too mr Hudson" she smiled
