headcanons ;

— eli sees right through damon's antics. mostly because he was the same way in his younger years. eli's usually one of the best to handle damon when he's acting up because of this.
— sooo much dramatics. eli quite often likes to dramatically pick some flowers and present them to damon in the most theatrical way, that one time people in public thought eli was proposing to damon. though awkward, stefan most likely has pictures for future blackmail.
— "i'm damon salvatore and i'm soooo cool~" eli will often put on one of damon's leather jackets and do his worst impression to tease the other.
— though neither of them really need to eat, they like to spend time together cooking. eli tries to help damon cook, but damon is too stubborn to accept it. so instead, eli sits on the counter, providing wine or whiskey to his chef and kisses when need be.
— so much cuddling when no one is around... and when people are around.
