The New Student

First off I'm sorry about the delay, but I have other stories to work on so I hope you understand. Anyway this chapter will introduce an OC character that Y,N will establish the Jester social link with. Hope you enjoy.

5/13 Morning

It's been a few days since we saved Yukiko, but now there's a chance that someone will appear on the midnight channel again. There is supposed to be a new student joining the class today. I wonder who it'll be. Right now I'm sitting in class waiting for things to get underway, when I see the new student walk in. He looks a little like an anime pretty boy that all the girls adore.

Teacher: You must be the new student.

???: I am. Should I introduce myself to the class?

Teacher: Go ahead.

???: Alright. *clears throat* Hello everyone, my name is Nathaniel Adachi, but you can just call me Nate or Nathan. I'm from the city and I can be a little clumsy, but I hope to get along well with everyone.

So he's from the city just like my brother and I. He seems pretty cool.

5/13 After School

I decide to go to Junes trying to think of what to do now. After walking around for a bit I see Nathaniel and I decide to go talk to him.

Y,N: Hey Nate.

Nathan: Oh, I'm sorry, but do I know you?

Y,N: I suppose I haven't had a chance to introduce myself. I'm Y,N Narukami, we're in the same class.

Nathan: Well Y,N, I'm Nathaniel Adachi.

Y,N: So why did you come to Inaba?

Nathan: Well you see, my parents are away on business so they sent me here to live with my uncle for now.

Y,N: That's the same situation as me and my brother.

Nathan: Really? I didn't think that you were in the same situation as me. Well since your here can you help me find my uncle?

Y,N: Sure. What does he look like?

Nathan: His name is Tohru Adachi. He's a police officer and I think he might be slacking off.

Y,N: Tohru Adachi? Oh yeah I know him. I've met him a few times.

Nathan: Then I'm sure that you know what he looks like.

Nathan and I start walking, but then while Nate wasn't paying attention to where he was going he bumped into someone.

Nate: I'm sorry sir. I didn't see you there.

Random Guy: No I'm sorry I wasn't paying attention to where I was going either.

The man walks away as if nothing happened.

Y,N: So you were serious about being clumsy.

Nate: Yeah, most people don't think that I would be at first sight. C'mon let's keep trying to find my uncle.

Eventually we did find Adachi, who seems to have been talking to Yu this whole time.

Adachi: Oh Nathan, what are you doing here?

Nathan: I came here looking for you. I still don't know Inaba very well and I lost the paper that has your address on it during school.

Y,N: You should be more careful.
