12/03 Evening

It's been some time since we beat Kunino-Sagiri, saved Nanako, and got our asses handed to us by that masked man. However even though we brought Nanako to the hospital she's still in critical condition and might not pull through. Everyone is right outside Nanako's ICU (Intensive Care Unit) room. Yu is sitting with his back against a wall, Minako and the others have worried looks on their faces, and I'm restless so I just keep pacing back and forth. The room door opens.

Nurse: Excuse me, are you family members?

Yu: Just three of us.

Yu, Minako, and I go into the room. Everyone else can't because they're only allowing family members at this time.

Nurse: Nanako... Can you hear me...? Your big brothers and sister are here to see you...!

Nanako slowly opens her eyes a little.

Nanako: Big bros... B... Big sis... Where are you...?

Yu: We're right here Nanako.

Minako: We're all here.

Nanako: Hi... Bi..g... Bro... B...ig... Si..s.

We each place one of our hands on Nanako's as we get on our knees.

Y,N: Your dad is on his way. He'll be here any second.

Minako: Just hang in there lil sis.

Nanako: Dad...dy...

Y,N: C'mon Nanako. You have to fight...!

Yu: Hey listen... We have to buy a new heater. We can go to Junes and get it together.

Y,N: Yeah. Remember the promises we made? When it snows we have a snowman to make. We have to keep playing. We told each other we would! We made a promise!

Minako: We're always here for you Nanako... We aren't going anywhere...

Nanako: I... I'm... Scare...d...

Nanako's eyes slowly start to close. We tighten our grip on Nanako's hand hoping that what's about to happen next isn't what we think it is.

Nanako: Big... br..os.. B...ig.. s..is... Dad..dy...

Everything goes silent. Not a sound to be heard. To everyone else it was only one second, but to Yu, Minako, and myself it felt like time stopped for five seconds. As time began to move again the silence was broken by a the one sound we were hoping we wouldn't hear... The sound of the heart monitor flat lining... Nanako is... Dead.

As we start to cry the door opens and Dojima came in.

Dojima: Nanako...!

He falls to his knees and starts to cry. Yosuke, Chie, Yukiko, and Teddie come in and they do the same as us. In the depths of my mind I hear Thanatos roar I assume that Minako heard his roar too. Dojima gets up and leaves the room. We wipe away our tears and take another look at Nanako.

Y,N: I'm sorry, Nanako... We... failed...

Now I've lost two siblings first Minato now Nanako.Then we hear Rise call for us from outside the room.
