Before you begin reading, know that I said there would be a bit of romance. I didn't say there would be a love confession. You can expect a confession in a later chapter, but not now. P.S. I was listening to Killer Queen by Queen and Shine On You Crazy Diamond by Pink Floyd cuz they remind me of Marie for some reason.

At school Yu, Yosuke, and I are in class having a small conversation while waiting for Chie to get here.

Yosuke: I wonder how Chie's doing. Too much stuff happened yesterday. I hope she's back to her usual self...

Y,N: Let's wait and see.

Chie walks into the classroom and walks over to us.

Chie: Oh mornin'.

Yu: Did you sleep well?

Chie: Yep. I was out cold until this morning.

We talk for a little bit before the bell rings and Yosuke hightails it to the bathroom before class starts.

Chie: Hey um... Th-Thanks for saving me... Yosuke's cool and all, but... There really is something different about you two. I feel like you won't let me down...

I sense Chie's gratitude to me and Yu... I feel a faint bond forming between us...

Thou art I... And I am thou...

Thou hast established a new bond...

It brings thee closer to the truth...

I have established the Social Link of the Chariot Arcana. We exchange phone numbers before we sit down for class to start. We have some time to kill before the fog sets in, but regardless I must be cautious of how many days there are till then. After all deadlines are closer than they appear.

4/18 After School

I decide to go to the Velvet Room and Yu comes with me. As we walk there I put on my ear buds to listen to the song Bad Company by the band Bad Company. Once there I take off my ear buds before we enter. Once we're in the Velvet Room Igor explains how we can fuse our personas then Margaret explains how the Persona Compendium works. We create some personas using fusion and we leave. I was about to start walking until I realized I forgot to summon Nero and Pixie from the Compendium, so I go back into the Velvet Room.

Marie: Oh... You came. You must come here alot, huh? Whatcha want this time? A Persona? A Skill Card? It doesn't matter to me.

Does it really? Cuz I think it does if you bother to ask in the first place.

Margaret: ...Excuse us. Marie, you must learn to retain yourself.

Marie: Huh? What's that supposed to mean? Stupiduptightblockheadtwerp.

Margaret: *sigh* I apologize sincerely. She is far too unruly for me to handle.

Y,N: I feel for you.

Margaret: *chuckle* You are quite right. However... this is all to help you on your journey.

Margaret explained that nothing happens in the Velvet Room without purpose, in this case encountering one who is not of man and communicating with her. The Velvet Room is the crossroads of our fates. After a long, but understandable explanation about Marie, Margaret asks me to show Marie around the world outside the Velvet Room.
