We arrived at Kevin's Garage and ran to the back when the taxi was no longer in sight. Ashton knocked three times on the back door made of steel. A guy maybe in his forties opened the door and let us in. There were so many cars from new to old, from broken down and lost parts to shiny new ones.

"Hey man." Ashton said to a teen that looks a little older than me. They hug and fist bump before they start to chat.

"Hey! ID's and cars please! We're in a rush remember?!" Erin yelled. Ashton glared at her as I assume was Kevin started walking to an office in the front of the garage.

"Hi, I'm jay. Friend of Ashton's." he said shaking my hand and winked at me. I could feel my face get hot and my neck started to feel itchy. Ashton looked at us and nudged his friend.

"Sorry, my dad is getting the ID's. Why don't y'all pick any car to take, any car." He said looking at me.

"Any?" Hazel asked excited. He nodded at them and she squealed. John smiled and they went over to the cars. Erin and Andy were sitting and talking in a mustang, Hazel and John sat in a convertible. I shuffled over to the 1968 Black Camaro and touched it lightly. I smiled to myself, how great I looked in the car's reflection.

"Like what you see?" Jay asked smiling in the car's reflection. I didn't realize I was staring at him though the reflection. I turned away feeling quite blushy and opened the door. Everything had black leather on it. The seats, the flooring, even the radio had a leather cover around it. It wasn't very big but it fit 2-3 people in the front. I got out and opened the truck, black leather covered it and it looked like it could fit as big as a person. Not creepy thought at all, I know.

"I'll take this." I mumbled to Jay. Ashton patted my back smiling.

"That's my boy." He said like we were old friends.

"Yep, defiantly got good taste. How's your taste in people?" Jay asked smiling. I noticed everyone was staring at us and I froze. What did he mean? Did he really mean it or was he just a rhetorical question?

"Um, what do you mean?" I asked mostly to myself.

"You know, what gets you-"

"Here are the ID's. I'm hopping Jay behaved himself." Jay's dad, Kevin said cutting him off and glaring at him.

"Ok, well, thanks for the cars and the ID's. We will be going now." Hazel said taking hers. I take mine and thank him, hopping into my car. Ashton hugged them and got into the passenger seat.

"Let's go." He said and waved the group. Hazel and John got in their convertible and Andy and Erin got in their Mustang. First Erin went, then Hazel. I looked at Ashton as he looked terrified to leave. His eyes were a darker blue and his face was pale white. The tops of his fingers and the palms of his hands were glowing a soft gold, meaning his fear was taking over. We all know what happens when we find Mrs. Davis; we get to know the truth and I don't think any of us wants to know what really is happening. I start the engine and it fires up like a beauty. I start off slow till I made it next the Hazel and Erin. We all exchange glances and I speed off in front and lead. Aston grabbed something from the floor board in front of him and started messing with something.

"It's a walkie talkie. Stop at the gas station over there. I have to give them these." He said pointing down the road to a gas station. When the light turned green I sped off to it. I parked and soon everyone parked next to us.

Ashton took my letter and everyone went in to grabbed some stuff. I called the principle of our school and told him some lame excuse of how we all got into a car crash and will be out for 2 weeks. Yep, 2 weeks, only though we need 4 days.
