Chapter 24: I'm Sorry

"Ariana, you forgot to meet up with Kendall." Justin says.

"Oh shit, what time is it?" I sat up.

"An hour after you were supposed to meet her." Justin says, putting on his shirt.

"Oh shit. I gotta text her."

I texted her, then put on my clothes.

"Let's go. You're driving me there." I said.

Justin nods. I grab his hand but I quickly pull away.

"Why the fuck is your fingers wet?" I furrowed my eyebrows.

"If you forgot, my fingers were up inside your vagina a minute ago."

I laughed, slapping him.

He cleans his fingers and then we leave.

"Kendall? I called out, getting out of Justin's car.

"Ariana." I hear a familiar voice say.

I turn around quickly. My mom.

"You're not Kendall." I rolled my eye, about to leave.

"Honey, I love you. You're my daughter. I'm sorry for slapping you. I'm sorry for not accepting Justin. I've been thinking a lot and, Justin is welcome. He seems like a really nice boy who just made a mistake. Forgive me?" Mom furrowed her eyebrows.

"I'm sorry for being so rude." I hugged mom.

"It's okay, sweetheart."

"Where's Kendall?"

"Over there." Mom points.

I look over and saw Kendall standing in front of a tree.

"I'll leave you two alone." Mom says.

"Hey." Kendall says.

"Hi," I awkwardly say, "I'm sorry."

"I should be saying sorry. I kissed your boyfriend and it's wrong. I'm sorry."

I hugged her. "I understand. Just don't let it happen again."

She nods. "It won't."
